Currently, everything created under a View (e.g., List, Kanban, etc.) is treated as a task by default. Changing the Task Type (e.g., to "Asset") is only visual—it doesn’t change how it functions. It would be helpful if unactionable Task Types could be grouped separately within these Views, without statuses, and remain accessible for reference without the possibility of it being marked as completed/closed. For example, under a List view, I'm envisioning a distinct group at the top that would house unactionable tasks. Almost like a mini-dashboard but specifically for tasks deemed as unactionable. I think a simple toggle switch when creating or editing Task Types would make this even better. This would allow users to choose which Task Types should be Unactionable, adapting to different workflows.
