This capability to select and act upon a large group of tasks was removed in March 2025. I can't imagine why. Now you have to click every task box in the range to select them. Tedious.

allow in Table view to Wrap text no matter what Custom field it is

Reducing column width to a minimum, as in Excel.

As of a few days ago, all the task names in the Table and Gantt view are now preceded by a colored status button that doesn't appear to do anything. This dead button needs to go. I already show the task status in a separate column (in Table view). A redundant static button making the task name harder to read is just an annoyance. This is especially true in dark mode, which I use because of vision problems. My status column is already a distracting neon sign in a dark room shouting in ALL CAPS. The new status buttons just add to the noise and the clutter. I should be able to turn them off.

Table view would be much more valueable, if you could copy/paste in all fields. Today it only works in the task name. Also copy/pasting multiple fields at a time, would be great, ie. you copy the status from one task and then select multiple other tasks and paste the status into all the tasks at once. In my mind the table view should work more or less like an excel sheet in order to add value and speed to the process of editing tasks.

In table view, I would LOVE the ability to automatically fill the dates in a series (so, starting with one date, and then the next one is the day after that, and the one after that is the day after that and so on ...) For example: First task/row is 10 March 2025 Next task/row can be set for a day after that - 11 March 2025 Third task/row can be set for the day after that - 12 March 2025 And be able to auto-fill these in a pattern (so, set up the first 3 days, and then drag to highlight up to row 100, to get the next 100 days of dates pre-filled). I have tried doing this with the formula function, but I want SCHEDULED dates, not start dates or any other date.

Checkboxes in are a very powerful tool in clickup's WYSIWYG to make any format of lists you like. It would be useful to be able to add them inside cells of tables. (currently not possible)

We can not see Task Type as a column in the table view. Kindly add it.

It would be great if you could enable multiple layers of grouping, specifically in Table views, so that we could have a view similar to the ones that can be made with Airtable. For example, assume there is a database of SOPs, listed as tasks. I want to group them by the Service they explain and additionally group the tools used in the process.
