Right now, using the Clickup feels like being stuck in a single-room house with all my work crammed into one space. I have to keep jumping between documents, task lists, dashboards, and chats—all within the same window. It’s frustrating because I can't properly multitask. For example, if I’m working on a document and need to check my task list, I have to switch views, breaking my flow. I can’t have my doc on one screen and my list on another, or quickly glance at my dashboard while chatting with my team. This constant back-and-forth kills productivity. (unless maybe you use multiple web-browser windows which is heavy on memory and still makes it hard to keep track off all the tabs) If we could have dedicated windows for "apps" like Docs for example, it would make it way easier to use those features properly. It would also greatly reduce memory usage and loading time if we could have "dedicated app-like windows". (we all know clickup is slow AF on loading and navigation -- this could help maybe !?) At this time, if I'm in a meeting, it's often not easy enough to start a new docs to take quick notes. I will use a simple desktop note taking app and recopy everything in clickup (which I forget to do half the time). This small change would make a huge difference. Right now, the single-window setup feels like a huuuuge bottleneck. Multi-App Windows would give users the freedom to work how they want while improving performance. It’s a win-win: better multitasking, better efficiency, and a more seamless experience overall. Would love to see this happen! 🚀 P.S : Google provides Apps-like web shortcut that open in a simple frame browser-based window. It really feels like dedicated apps but it's not really. Could be an easier to implement solution ? I tried to do it with clickup but it doesn't work...not sure why....
