Current this is only available at the space level. I'd like create Custom Task IDs at all levels. Workspace, space, folder, list.

Make it possible to move a task into a list/project/space belonging to another team.

Since each account is currently linked to one email, it's not possible (or very difficult) for users to launch small shared workspaces to use with different groups of users. They will all be linked to the primary account's email, which will usually be linked to a single project or job. I really like the idea of private workspaces but without the ability to login with a different email on each workspace you make all of the dependent. I understand the current design limits accounts to have only a single email, I think this is where this would have to start.

Where can I remove the Start Date field? The Due date field needs to stay in place.

It would be great to use it when you don't have internet connection, able to see everything and still use it like normal till you have internet again and it's able to sync.

I would love the option of having the sidebar dark and the main workspace light. Is that an option anymore?

There should also be an option to either hide this popup or move it to the background, as it often happens that when performing actions on multiple tasks, these popups stack on top of each other. This ends up overlapping with other operations, such as changing the status of a task. These Popup blocks the actions on the others task/subtasks.

I work with multiple ClickUp Workspaces tied to different email accounts – one for my own business and another for a client. Currently, it's not possible to switch between these accounts without logging out and back in, which is frustrating both on desktop and mobile. Why this is important: Many professionals (freelancers, consultants, agency owners) manage multiple Workspaces across separate accounts. ClickUp already allows switching Workspaces within the same account, but not across accounts. Suggested solution: Please allow users to connect multiple ClickUp accounts and switch between them without logging out – regardless of email address – both on desktop and mobile.

My request is Simple: Allow users to assign tasks to any team member, regardless of whether that member has access to the task’s parent list or folder. Currently, in order to assign a task to someone, I have to first share the entire folder or list with them. This creates friction when I’m simply trying to assign a one-off task or delegate something quickly — especially compared to platforms like Asana, where assigned tasks appear in a user’s “My Tasks” view automatically, even if they aren’t a collaborator on the full project. Here’s what I’m envisioning: • I create a task and assign it to someone. • If they don’t already have access, ClickUp either: • Automatically grants them access to just that task, or • Prompts me with an option to share the task with them without sharing the full folder/list. This would preserve privacy and folder structure, but drastically improve speed and ease of delegation. Thanks for considering this! I love using ClickUp and would love to see this kind of flexibility added for more efficient team workflows.
