Merged Workspaces for a better work / life flow
I see many posts here requesting the ability to some how view, rapidly switch between, or otherwise make the need for working across multiple workspaces more efficient. Unfortunately as it stands, the process is at a minimum inconvenient, but to many seems to be the biggest pain point in the product. Not knowing the complications that likely make this a difficult feature to implement, I would like to propose a design that I hope might be reasonably achievable. The concept I'm thinking of is not a sharing of resources between workspaces, but rather a merging of workspaces into a single workspace view. Separate but visible. Merging of the viewing of mulitple workspaces, rather then a merging and syncing of the workspace data into an existing or new shared workspace would much more flexible. Behind the scenes this would enable a distinct separation of the different workspace's data, from content to permissions to features. For example, if one workspace has access to Gantt charts and the other one doesn't, then it is simpler to just show content of the workspace that has access when using the Gantt view. I imagine this should extend to the rest of the differences between workspaces of different feature tiers. The use case for this is something I see coming primarily from contractors and large companies across the board. Contractors working with multiple clients that all have their own clickup workspaces where the need to balance the workload and schedule of work across all workspaces. Large companies with multiple teams/departments that need to mix and match there collaboration with each other across multiple workspaces. But I think the one use case that is underrepresented, especially in light of the enormous increase of remote workers, is the need to switch back and forth between a personal workspace and the workspace of the company you work for. Balancing a schedule of ones household with kids transportation and activities, doctor's appointments, jury duty, errands that can only be done between the usual 9 to 5 work hours, etc ... all competing with projects and responsibilities of work. It would certainly be a game changer for me if I could easily overlay my personal organizational needs with those of my work when planning my day.

Billable Hours - Unit Cost Per person based on Time and Task
Me and my team was trying to find ways to add hourly rates to individuals and create a summary view of our costs and margins within ClickUp using Rollup and relationships and many more ways but failed to do so. This might be available through a list view, but you can only add hourly rates by task, not individual. And there are multiple people who log their time to 1 task. Additionally, we can't show everyone's hourly rate to people within our company, so we need to be able to make hourly rates a hidden or only visible to Admins. Which is very important. i connected with Patricia , Pia , Gian for this feature request. When i opened this request screen , i saw this feature was requested by many people and even from the past 3-4 years. @clickup Kindly focus on the area where you should more. Rather than giving extra features and UI work . kindly focus and fix the basic neccessary feature everyone's require. Clickup is a great software but it is lacking for this small but important task. Also, your Clockify integration or any other time tracking integration is too bad. No projects or tasks get synced within. So no point. PLEASE CLICKUP TEAM, EVEN YOU HAVE ALMOST ALL THE SETUP FOR BILLABLE RATE HOURS-USER WISE. Steps- Under Manage Users- Add 2 new fields for Billable Rate Per Hour and Billable Rate Per Day. Add 1 more role - Like Super Visor(Like who will be having access of their Sub Team Member under them) Hierarchy will - Admin ---> Super Visor ---> Members ----> Guest Under Dashboard , Provide a card of Time Tracking per assignee means Heading of that report will be Task -- Project Name --- User --- Amount ---Time Tracked --- Total Time Duration --- Billable/Non-Billable option Log of every time tracking , each user , each tasks and its amount along with filter and export pdf/csv/xls option . Thats all Clickup ! Kindly, look into it and announce with a big shout .
