I am trying this over and over again, but I cannot seem to add time off? The button is there, I can set the time, but it's just not saved? Where can I see an overview of this? Is there a documentation article?

Hourly bookings would be ideal, but allowing half days would already be crucial.

We don't like how it was implemented. 1) Admins cannot set time off for the users, so anyone can add time off instead of having it centralized/organized by project managers. 2) It's hard to see the availability of all the resources. 3) It's difficult to coordinate work across people working in different countries and national holidays.

Erwin UNU: Admins and managers of users can set time off for those users. Teams hub allows all members of a team to see everyone's time-off in one place.

Bugra Oktay where is Teams hub? I cannot even find where to add anyone's (including mine) vacation time at this point, even though I figued it out a few months ago when it first rolled out.

Bugra Oktay I didn't get the email about the beta but some of the coworkers did. So far this looks great. Love the idea of admins/managers being able to add PTO for individuals. We have a PTO calendar for our outlook and then a system that it is tracked by our organizations overall HR. I hate for folks to add it in multiple places if we can help it. Also, what about time increments for PTO? My organization allows for 2 hours block of PTO rather than a full day.

Angela Lindauer: v1 of this is limited to full day PTO. We are also building APIs for you to connect ClickUp PTO with your external HRIS systems. These will be available this month.

Fausto Torres I was given the option to test this feature as I had previously signed up for beta. I was so irritated to discover it is not a part of my Business Plan. This should be stated up front so I'm not looking forward to something I won't have.

Tiffany Patton The time has passed when the clickup was designed for purposes other than financial ones. They began with the hunt for invited users through the email domain, until the creation of those intermediate profiles, paid as members. But now a feature as basic as managing people's workdays, in a tool that is called 'collaborative', is available only to those who pay for top plans, is dishonest to say the least. In many countries, including Portugal, we cannot pay what they order per user, in these packages.

For me it would be very useful to set PTO days/periods and be able to "turn off" them on Gantt view, like when you turn off the weekends so that it won't count as work days in the workflow.
Example: the days between Christmas and new years, it tecnically isn't a Holiday but no one in my field works in this period.

Sophia Bohne: I don't know if this would work for you but one option might be to utilize workspace level work schedule feature and add those as non-working days for scheduling purposes.

Bugra Oktay My space was initially informed to be testers of the beta version sinces september... however, after being again informed that there where delays in the release, we havent received any new communication... it's kind of frustating because we were excited to try this much needed funtionality and now we don't even have a date...

Bugra Oktay Hi, yes it is already released to our workspace. One quick question here, can we export out all the time-off users had created in workspace for that particular month? They will not be tracking time for time-off or holiday and yet there is no way that we can export the time-off/holiday created, hence we will not have 100% or accurate time tracked monthly. From time track export, we will not be able to tell if the hours on missing days are due to time-off/holiday or users just didnt log.
