I had this feature as a BETA test but it disappeared, or I just can't figure out how to find it again, is there a guide on how to find it, what it looks like etc?
Or has anyone else had it disappear?

Nat Evans: Hi Nate - if you didn't leave beta, it should still be accessible for you via your profile. You can access it by clicking on your avatar on the top right corner of the app and going to the Calendar tab of your profile.

Bugra Oktay Hey I have not left but it has disappeared, in my settings we have the option for allowing non-working days but the help guide will not open
I can set non-working days individually, is this what this feature is? I did have a option which looked much more like a vacation (With a emoji) before

One issue we currently are running into with the current feature set is that these PTO items don’t hit a list. We use list views along side workload while doing capacity planning. It would be ideal to see PTO as a task on someone’s list in addition to the workload/capacity.

Nick Jones: Hi Nick - PTO will affect the corresponding user's scheduling availability and capacity but won't create a task for it. Could you tell me about your use case? For capacity planning, the PTO will automatically reduce the user capacity.

Bugra Oktay, the workflow we have used up until now has been that we have an out-of-office/PTO form that the team fills out (which also provides an approval mechanism). The out-of-office form creates a task in the corresponding list. For us, when we are looking at resource management, we have a 30-day list view for the team that we look at alongside a 30-day workload view. The new PTO feature works fine in the workload view, but having a corresponding list lets us see everyone's PTO at once, and when we are looking at what's on their list. At least for us, we don't rely solely on the workload view for resource management, so I feel like we could run into overlaps if the PTO doesn't also appear in the list view. Bugra Oktay Will this also affect timesheets? It would be great to have the option to set those dates in the timesheet to autofill PTO hours and also Integrate via API with ERP and billing systems.

Bugra Oktay We can't use the bank holidays or anything unfortuntatly as we have people across different timezones who have different bank holidays we cannot set these by teams or region or anything so we just simply cannot use them as a feature which is a real shame as otherwise this tool is so close to being great....

Bugra Oktay half day PTO, data export of PTO, visible of PTO in timesheet card will be in 2.0? Can we have a rough estimation when is 2.0 coming? Its great that we have this PTO coming soon by this month, but if users are not able to set half day or 2hours of PTO, it is not going to reflect the actual scenario. Also, on timesheet card it is hard to tell if users just didnt log any hours or if user had set PTO, so this will create confusion for team lead/managers when reviewing the daily bar in timesheet card.

Would be fun to have a trigger to use Vacation Days in automations. For example, if a task is already created on a certain date, and the assignee adds that same date as a vacation/leave day later on, then automation would trigger to change the task dates so it's during working schedule. Bugra Oktay

I missed the beta testing, but I saw a post in this thread saying: “This feature is in beta and will be released to the public next month” (January 31). When will it actually be released to the public?

Currently on the Beta - I didnt see a way to add the days off via the mobile app, if that's not available would be a good addition.

Allow users to set out-of-office days so that when someone tries to assign a task on that date, it will remind them that the person is unavailable and prevent the assignment.
