I had this feature as a BETA test but it disappeared, or I just can't figure out how to find it again, is there a guide on how to find it, what it looks like etc?
Or has anyone else had it disappear?

One issue we currently are running into with the current feature set is that these PTO items don’t hit a list. We use list views along side workload while doing capacity planning. It would be ideal to see PTO as a task on someone’s list in addition to the workload/capacity.

Bugra Oktay Will this also affect timesheets? It would be great to have the option to set those dates in the timesheet to autofill PTO hours and also Integrate via API with ERP and billing systems.

Bugra Oktay We can't use the bank holidays or anything unfortuntatly as we have people across different timezones who have different bank holidays we cannot set these by teams or region or anything so we just simply cannot use them as a feature which is a real shame as otherwise this tool is so close to being great....

Would be fun to have a trigger to use Vacation Days in automations. For example, if a task is already created on a certain date, and the assignee adds that same date as a vacation/leave day later on, then automation would trigger to change the task dates so it's during working schedule. Bugra Oktay

I missed the beta testing, but I saw a post in this thread saying: “This feature is in beta and will be released to the public next month” (January 31). When will it actually be released to the public?

Flore It got delayed unfortunately. We are now targeting April.

Currently on the Beta - I didnt see a way to add the days off via the mobile app, if that's not available would be a good addition.

Out of office / Vacation Days

Allow users to set out-of-office days so that when someone tries to assign a task on that date, it will remind them that the person is unavailable and prevent the assignment.
