Feature Requests

The mind maps here are just an assortment. The lack of editing features and functionality hinders the user's imagination. I am currently using 'Boardmix' online mind maps. I wish Clickup had mind maps as convenient as that.

I really enjoy the mindmap view of a list. However, once the list has been created, there is currently no option to drag and drop subtasks in the mindmap view. The only way to do that is by switching to the list view, which feels counterintuitive. Please consider allowing the drag and drop of subtasks when in mindmap view.

While the free plan offers a certain number of actions on mind maps, it would be great if these views persisted and could be created manually as you add tasks to projects. If you do it this way, you'd literally be coding that view, which would add much more value to free users. This doesn't mean your actions expire when you perform them from that view panel, you'd be subscribing to that, as it's easier to do from there.

Would love to see the following added: * Ability to rearrange node (e.g. have several nodes pointing to one node and then branching out again) * Ability to add notes on the canvas * More formatting options (bonus: available while typing instead of having to select afterward) * Ability to create several but not connected maps in one view

-Ability to print Mind Maps. -Color the nodes themselves -Add nodes to the left (Submitted via user)

It would be very helpful to be able to group nodes by custom fields in mind maps

I have previously used xMind. The current mind map is massively limited and mind mapping tasks is not really that useful, mindmapping is for creating ideas or documenting complex information. Simple things like using color in boxes, the ability to connect sub elements, for instance when creating a map for data structures in applications the ability to show where data can be linked would be useful for DB design as well where elements in idea co-exist can help with decision making

Ability to move nodes around. Ability to color nodes. Ability to show checklist below tasks/subtasks.

It would be very useful to have a Top-Down Hierarchical view and organization for Mindmaps. This would be huge for teams building hierarchical projects, like websites, apps, etc. Here's a video of how this can look like: https://www.screencast.com/t/83j9feKH5z3

Would be nice to be able to select existing tasks when creating a blank mindmap. Also some basic graphic customization would be handy like shape of bubbles, color, information displayed with mouse-over...
