Hi There! I see all the tasks that I have planned for my day on the top of my calendar on the section "All day" and that is great! however, there are several things that would be great to fix and improve, see my notes below: when I mark tasks done, the tasks showing in my calendar don't go away. they stay there. if it is a 2 way sync, when I mark something done or moved to another day etc, It should reflect in my calendar, right? Any meetings I add under google calendar or that my team adds, they don't over to the calendar in click up. and even when I adjust the time of a task to be done specifically, like it is not updated in the CU Calendar... am I missing something maybe? let me know. thank you!

Users want more customization when syncing tasks to google or outlook calendars. For example: Choose what to put in the event title Keep or remove the sync emoji Choose what to put in the event description Choose wether to sync as free or busy (🔥 popular!) Choose wether to show closed tasks or not (🔥🔥 popular!)

Allowing users to see their time entries on a calendar and allow for resizing time entries similar to the current task calendar view.

Customers have requested the ability to show reminders created from chat and tasks on planner.

On the planner calendar, it would really be helpful to have a filter for not just tasks within a list but the whole workspace e,g i need a filter of due date is today but i want that for my whole workspace. The today and overdue part is good but the problem is the list is overwhelming when you have many overdue items, sometimes you just want what is due for that week only so that you can propely plan your week.

Having to use the "Due Date" to auto-schedule or otherwise add tasks on the planner causes issues as the time/date you end up doing a task often has to be well before the actual due date. Have an option in settings to set up the scheduling of tasks with start and END dates rather than using the Due Date field for the end.

Hello ClickUp Support Team, I am reaching out to request a critical enhancement to the Google Calendar automation functionality. My workflow requires sending calendar invites to both internal team members and external contacts when certain custom fields are assigned to a task. I set up Google Calendar integration and began building automations based on advice from ClickUp Brain, which initially indicated this would be possible by using custom fields for external email addresses in the “Attendees” section of the automation action. However, after investing a considerable amount of time configuring the integration and multiple automations, I discovered that the “Attendees” field only allows selection of ClickUp users (assignees, watchers, etc.), and does not support pulling email addresses from custom fields. This means it is currently not possible to automatically send Google Calendar invites to external email addresses via automation, which is a critical requirement for my team’s workflow. It was quite disappointing to spend so much time setting this up based on ClickUp Brain’s guidance, only to find out that the feature is not currently supported. Request: Please add the ability to use custom field email addresses as attendees in Google Calendar automation actions. This would allow automations to send invites to external contacts automatically, making the workflow much more powerful and efficient. Thank you for considering this request. Could you please add the ability to drag'n'drop calendar events into the events backlog (meaning that such drag'n'drop removes the event's start and end date/time, but lets you see all events that should be planned)? If I drag'n'drop an event from the event backlog to the calendar, then it's added as a 1-hour-long event to the day and time slot chosen by me while drag'n'drop.

I just started using the new integration with Google Calendar. However, I have noticed that when we set a deadline in a task in ClickUp, the Google calendar shows the deadline in a little bit weird form. The task starts from midnight ending on the deadline of that day. Would be better if it was 1 hour instead of starting from midnight. I am attaching the screenshot of what I am talking about, and with the suggestion that could be better for visualizing the deadlines on Google Calendar. I hope you can understand what I mean.
