Would love to be able to set a favorite as my default view when opening clickup.

When bulk updating tasks, the trash icon is right next to the "more" menu and because there is no "are you sure" prompt on deletion, it is easy to accidentally delete something when looking for an item in the "more" menu. This is especially concerning if you are bulk updating a large number of tasks. Ideally there would be an "Are you sure you want to delete this?" prompt but if that is not possible then moving the "trash" icon or the "more" menu to another location would ensure no erroneous deletions.

Now it's very exhausting to assign managers because you have to open each task to assign them. A floating menu with the participants of the view you are working on would be very useful, allowing you to assign managers by dragging people from the floating menu to the tasks. This is mainly required in the board and calendar view.

When I change the status in the task details, the popup in the bottom left corner gets in the way. Just being able to erase it easily will improve your work efficiency.

Magic links used to work in a very straightforward manner. You could paste a link anywhere into ClickUp and it would give you a nicely formatted html link with a summarized destination title. I'm not sure what changed over the last several months, maybe Edge updates, maybe ClickUpdates, but links are in a weird spot. Instead of a simple copy/paste operation, now on paste I am greeted by a context menu offering the following options: - Dismiss - Create Bookmark - Embed Over the past few months I feel like the menu options and end result have evolved, but at present, either option appears to generate the same output - a chunky card complete with the site name and a full URL preview. I do not understand the purpose or intent of the current link options. I do not want more verbose link options that turn my pasted link into a full-width card. I want a clean, summarized weblink that can be inserted into comments or task descriptions without getting in the way or overstaying its welcome. If there's a way to at least restore the old magic link functionality as an option on the current on-paste context menu, I would be appreciative.

What are you doing guys??? Significant interface change was released today without any information - moved and changed calendars, chats - conversations, sidebar changed, spaces moved at the bottom. No announcement, no email (at least to admins), no tutorial for users. Completely unprofessional. Please improve !!

I don't have time to learn the new ClickUp layout. I need to change back to ClickUp 2.0. ClickUp shouldn't automatically change old users' layouts; this negatively affects productivity across teams that use the application for work. I have an account that was created prior to November 2023; please allow for easy access to the option to revert back to ClickUp 2.0 instead of forcing long-time users to learn a new layout when they should be working.

I suggest that you add a yellow colour to the theme colours because me and I bet a lot of people work best when in the right workspace and I would be in paradise if just this little coloraturas was added please (I know im making it sound like a big deal its just I think a lot of people want this too)

Often, I need to shift all task due dates in a list by a month. There is currently no method to easily achieve this. The multitasking toolbar can set all tasks to a single new due date, or you can go down the list and change each task due date separately. However, there is no way to delay the project due dates and keep their relative date spacing. I make heavy use of the "remap due dates" feature of list/folder templates. However, once the template is applied, there is no way to later shift the dates to accommodate upstream project delays. (You might suggest task dependencies, but often the delays are from external sources not tracked in ClickUp, and a large chain of sequential dependencies running down a list creates more issues than benefits.)

I'd love to be able to pin my most used dashboards to the tray! I know it's called the "task tray" but I can pin tasks, documents, etc. to the tray... I want to be able to pin dashboards too!
