Feature Requests

Getting notifications for reminders and delegated tasks is pretty critical. Without it, the quick questions/reminders sent that way will get missed in the shuffle.

Hi Guys The more I use ClickUp, the more I am finding Reminders essential for use. However, there are some real limitations with reminders card that need to be addressed. I have the following feedback and request for improvement of the card itself Show more detail - I would like to see the location the task reminder is from Auto-expand reminders - the way it is always collapsed and I need to constantly expand it is annoying Overdue section should be at the top, not in the middle I would like to able to customise the fields showing against each reminder. Additionally, I would like the reminder card to be available in all dashboards, so I can integrate this into other areas of ClickUp. Cheers, Rob

It would be nice to be able to have reminders in lists as well - currently it is only possible in the inbox

It would be useful to be able to go into a task and send a reminder to all assignees or watchers on that task. For example if something is past due and you want it pushed to attention.

I'd like to be able to set up an automation where Reminder is created x days / hours before and after Start / Due date of a task. That would seriously save me a lot of time! Automation should include all Reminder options of delegating etc. I am really struggling to set up a repetitive workflow for recurring Reminders related to a tasks Start / Due date. Would be so great to have a 'days / hours before / after trigger'. Who's with me?

Hello all. As a carpenter, I want to set reminders for certain checklist items I need to do in order to complete a task. Currently I cannot do this. This is a pain because if I have a lot on my checklist for a given task, than I have to sift through everything to find the one reminder I'd ideally like to set for the one checklist item.

If I add a reminder to a task, there is no evidence of that. It doesn't even show up in the Activity history for that task. And the icon that looks like it says there's a reminder associated with it is for watcher, which visibly makes no sense. So there is no visual way to know whether I've activated a reminder on a task or not. There is also no way to go in and change it from the task. (If you go to reminders and add one, it just adds another one.) Reminders should be a field in a task so I can see that one exists, click to edit from the field, add it to the board view or list view. And please change the watcher icon to an eye or something other than the universal symbol for reminder?

Can I please submit a UI suggestion that the 'complete' button looks different & is in a different position. I'm not going to lie, Its a bit infuriating that it's there, as I'm sure you know muscle memory for UI is a big thing, especially with functions that are usually done quickly, like making quick reminders. There's been so many times i've updated a reminder on the fly & accidentally hit 'complete' because it's the same muscle memory for also creating a reminder. Thanks, hopefully this can be improved I'm sure I'm not the only one!

It would be great to have in reminders the feature of adding an image this might save time to just paste a screenshot of something (email, a doc, etc) in order to follow up and have the context of that text.

Please allow the ability for Reminders coming due to populate a notification in the Inbox.
