Feature Requests

It would be very convenient to have the ability to have subfolders. I use folders for classifying projects. For example, Projects would be a Folder name. 2019 Projects would be a Subfolder name.

Dear ClickUp Team, I would like to request the implementation of a feature that allows administrators to control which tasks guests or members can view in a given list. Currently, I miss this functionality, as it would facilitate access management and maintain the privacy of information within the platform. Many times, I have considered migrating to another tool due to the absence of this feature. I believe this functionality would be a valuable addition to improve the user experience. I suggest the following options for implementation: Visibility Control by Responsibility (Simpler, but solves the problem) Allow administrators to configure lists so that guests or members can only view the tasks for which they are responsible. Visibility Filter by List (Better option) Add the option to set filters at the list level, allowing guests or members to view only the tasks that meet the criteria established by these filters. It would be helpful to be able to group spaces together and the collapse/expand the groups within the navigation panel to help aid navigation across hundreds of spaces. Follow-up request, set custom roles/permissions based on the space groupings (user group "A" has "edit" to all spaces within 'space group' "Internal")... need to find a better term for 'space group' haha.

Assign a colour to a space or project, so that when you have a list view with mulitiple projects you can see at a glance which it is from

Would be amazing to have the ability to connect workspaces so that the work we do with other organizations can live in a list that is in both environments. Right now if we're doing work with another business that uses ClickUp only one of us can have the Home/Inbox feature fully leveraged as the work lives in one workspace and not both simultaneously. Slack has figured this out and done a great job with Slack Connect where each business can have it's own instance of Slack while also efficiently connecting them in a way that doesn't limit or degrade any user experience. The real goal here is to actually have everyone who works have ONE inbox, and that's only possible if workspaces can be connected.

[support ticket] User wants to be able to remove recurring settings, but otherwise leave the due date intact for an entire List or set of tasks.

It would be great to see an automatic progress bar at LIST level so you can see a snapshot of task completion for an entire project (eg a list).

Like you can assign a due date to a list, I would like to be able to add custom fields, statuses, etc to a List's Info. Right now, I have to create a "parent" task within a list and find a way to filter it.
