Currently, I miss this functionality, as it would facilitate access management and maintain the privacy of information within the platform. Many times, I have considered migrating to another tool due to the absence of this feature. I believe this functionality would be a valuable addition to improve the user experience. I suggest the following options for implementation: Visibility Control by Responsibility (Simpler, but solves the problem) Allow administrators to configure lists so that guests or members can only view the tasks for which they are responsible. Visibility Filter by List (Better option) Add the option to set filters at the list level, allowing guests or members to view only the tasks that meet the criteria established by these filters.
