We would like an option to open a task’s PDF attachment on one half of the screen and display the task’s custom fields or checklists on the other half. This would allow project managers (PMs) to view attachments while going down the checklist, marking off that all requirements of the attachment have been met before moving the task’s status to the next stage for processing. Why this would be helpful for my organization: Increases accountability for PMs Ensures nothing is missed when reviewing attachments Streamlines the process of verifying requirements before advancing a task Example use case: Barb creates a task and attaches a PDF invoice from a vendor. She then opens a split-screen view: the PDF is on one side, and the checklist of required elements (invoice date, invoice number, rates, line totals, vendor address, etc.) is on the other. After verifying and checking all items, she moves the invoice to the “Ready to Process” status. The admin can then confirm that all checklist items were reviewed before processing.
