It would be very useful to have a Clients module/section, where we can record: The name and address of the organisation The primary point of contact in that organisation (name, phone, email) And then link the Client to relevant Projects.

We need some dummy users to delegate tasks to. There aren't real users, they are just fake users with names and, ideally, profile pics. We really need this, and I don't mean guests

Option to display assignee or any person field as full name rather than icon

People can watch specific tasks, but it seems more helpful to be able to Watch folders and lists. Its difficult to click on each and every task to watch them, and really it might be an entire project you want to be kept up to date on. Is it possible to have ability to Watch at these higher levels?

Currently, users can only be deactivated, and their personal data remains until a GDPR-compliant user deletion is requested via a support ticket to help@clickup.com . I would like workspace owners and administrators to be able to initiate a deletion that triggers a GDPR-compliant deletion of personal user data. Shared content should not be deleted, but the link to the deleted user should also be deleted.

I would like to link the team members to my Company Org Chart. I would like to use this feature to create a manager-subordinate relationship. Manager would able to assign a task to a subordinate and no one else. Manager should be able to review the task and assess the task performance of the subordinate and no one else should be able to edit this assessment other than the manager himself. Further I would like to use the task performance ratings for overall performance rating for each team member.

While users currently employ workarounds such as Custom Fields, Tags, and templates (as seen in ClickUp's own "Skill Development SOP Template" and "Skills Mapping Template"), these methods are not purpose-built for comprehensive skills management. They often lack the necessary granularity, robust categorization, automated matching capabilities, and clear visibility across the platform. This makes it challenging to: * Efficiently and accurately identify which team members possess the specific skills required for a task. * Ensure tasks are consistently assigned to the most suitable individuals based on their verified skill sets and proficiency. * Proactively identify skill gaps within specific teams, for upcoming projects, or across the organization. * Streamline the onboarding process by quickly and effectively matching new team members to tasks and projects aligned with their existing skills. * Clearly define and communicate skill requirements at various levels of the ClickUp hierarchy (Spaces, Folders, Lists) and for individual tasks. * Strategically plan for future skill needs and talent development initiatives. From support: It would be nice if we didn't have the online offline bubble next to our own names. We know we are online, and it is not useful information for us at a glance.

Add a feature where tasks that have multiple assignees can have individual task completion. For instance, you could create a task that for employees to fill out their annual health insurance enrollment form. By assigning it to the whole team, each person could individually mark the task as complete instead of needing a task for each person. By pulling up the task, you could see who has and hasn't completed the task.

I'd like to be able to turn on an auto responder for certain dates when I'm out of the office, like I can do with gmail. Then if my guests comment on a task or assign something to me in Clickup, it will let them know I'm out of the office until X date that I set.
