On the custom fields drop-down, "No Colour" was always available; with the update it is no longer available, please put back that selection.

I can see in the People settings that there is an option to add a user's manager. That is helpful, but it would be great if this could be put into a custom field somehow as a People type.

We use a lot of different custom fields. For the label and dropdown custom fields you determine the selection options upfront. Each selection option is, by default, given a color. I used to be able to set the color to 'blanco', which means that no colors are shown for these custome field values. This keeps my view clean. Now I am forced to pick an actual color which clutters my views. I would like to get the 'blanco' option back. My ideal situation would even be to have 'blanco' as the default color, but I can image this is not the general opinion.

It seems like with the 4.0 update, the option to have "no color" for custom field dropdown options is gone. This update disrupts our currently existing lists that do not use colors. Now, new options have colors while others do not. It is time consuming to go through the list and add colors to every option. ClickUp is at its best when it is customizable - please add this setting back into the system!

Ability to show/hide custom fields based on the value of other custom fields. A simple option to "Show if" condition when creating new custom fields.

Currently ClickUp doesn't allow relationships (the custom field type) to live in multiple locations. I have automations created based off a relationship custom field so I can duplicate those automations in a different location.

Situation: Currently, there is no option to add a formula (custom field) to different locations (lists e.g.). The only way is to dublicate the formula in the new location. Solution: Formula custom fields should be allowed to be added to different locations in the custom field manager.

We hit the 500-option limit wall for the Label/Dropdown custom field. For a company who gets hundreds of clients over time, this won't do. We want to organize/categorize our data based on either Label/Dropdown custom fields like "Clients/Companies" as these prevent naming inconsistencies when the Text custom field is used, and provide search capability for existing names that we have catered to.

I send emails to nonmembers and guest all of the time to track conversations with potential and current clients. It would be awesome to separate multiple emails by a comma or semicolon. I often have a team client as a task and there are multiple parties on each communication or a communications email and a billing email. Additional emails currently have to be stored in other fields or multiple unnecessary email fields take up space in other tasks that don't need them.
