Feature Requests

We hit the 500-option limit wall for the Label/Dropdown custom field. For a company who gets hundreds of clients over time, this won't do. We want to organize/categorize our data based on either Label/Dropdown custom fields like "Clients/Companies" as these prevent naming inconsistencies when the Text custom field is used, and provide search capability for existing names that we have catered to.

For now the Progress Bar (Auto) is not going to be updated, when I have subtasks in subtasks, which are marked as done. If the first level of subtasks are not done but every subtasks under it, the filed is still at 0%.

We have multiple lists in our spaces, and each list has its own set of custom fields. As the manager of multiple areas, I want to be able to see a view of all the lists together while displaying values for some of the custom fields in the view. Currently, when we attempt this, it forces the custom fields onto each list in the view - then lists who don't need certain custom fields end up with required custom fields that have nothing to do with the list. So, rather than forcing fields to the other lists, the view should just show an empty field for custom fields that are not assigned to that list. I included an example below of what I'm trying to convey. This will be incredibly helpful to me, as a user who needs to work across multiple lists.

Situation: Currently, there is no option to add a formula (custom field) to different locations (lists e.g.). The only way is to dublicate the formula in the new location. Solution: Formula custom fields should be allowed to be added to different locations in the custom field manager.

I just spent a couple of hours creating custom fields at the workspace level before realizing that I only wanted them for a particular list. When I went to move them to a particular list, I was told that I had to upgrade to Business Plus to move my custom fields. It's frustrating to find that a feature as simple as a move of a custom field location requires a 50% increase in the price of my plan.

When we are working on a large task project it would be nice to be able to freeze the top row. Also would like the ability to see all columns in all lists and views

Ability to show/hide custom fields based on the value of other custom fields. A simple option to "Show if" condition when creating new custom fields.

We use ClickUp to manage active Social campaigns and having a way to manage monthly budgets out to a certain range and to collapse or hide that would make this process much easier as we currently have individual custom fields for each month. In addition to this, we use Formula Custom Fields that reference those breakouts and even when the initial breakout field is empty, the formula fields always display $0 and this makes the task views look busy and cluttered even when empty fields are hidden.

Be able to convert a Text field into a Website field.

Being able to shift around the custom fields within a subtask. While it's nice to have the custom fields sometimes stay with the task, and they go into the subtask. But wish the custom fields could be deleted in the subtask if need be. But also be able to move around ex: in a subtask, say I need to add a custom field with an additional name to add. But when you create the custom field, it goes straight to the bottom instead i need it to be in the second position.
