Hello! Can I use formula fields too in my Dashboard, in such widgets like Bar chart, etc? Now I only can use money fields, but would really appreciate adding Formula fields too!

Like publicly shared Views, please add support for publicly shared Dashboards. This is key for providing high-level visibility to people lacking guest accounts.

We cannot currently pull relationship or rollup fields into Dashboard reporting. We are using relationships & rollup fields to keep regularly updated fields up to date across all lists/tasks (i.e. if a person's manager changes and they're also on our training waiting list, we only have to change the manager in one place but the info flows through to the linked task in the waiting list as well). For example, I'd like to be able group a dashboard chart by manager to see how many people with the same manager are on the waitlist (or from the same team, in the same level, etc.).

As far as I can see there is no widget to let me view just my assigned comments. I may not be assigned to a task but I might be assigned a comment on a task. Better yet would be a widget to simply see all my outstanding assignments. I know I can do this from the Show Everything view but I would really like to use my personalised dashboard (amazing feature by the way) as my starting point for all my clickup activity.

It would be great to be able to change the colors of the graphs in the Dashboard view. I have a standard color scheme for To Do, in Progress, and Done statues. Now I'm thinking about changing those colors to match the graphs for consistency.

Currently, AI cards require manual updates to refresh their data. It would be highly beneficial to have an option to set an automatic refresh cadence for these cards. At present, refreshing the entire Dashboard does not trigger the AI cards to update. Instead, I need to switch the Dashboard to "Edit" mode and manually click the Refresh button on each AI card individually. This process is time-consuming and could be streamlined with an auto-refresh feature.

Overview: Within the Dashboards module in ClickUp, specifically under the "Tasks by Assignee" tile, users are currently able to add the "List" column to the view, but are unable to sort by this column. This limitation affects our ability to efficiently organize and review tasks based on their origin or functional grouping. Requested Feature: Please enable sorting functionality on the "List" column within the Tasks by Assignee dashboard tile. Ideally, this would mirror the behavior found in List View, where columns can be sorted alphabetically or by other criteria. Business Justification: Our team relies heavily on dashboards for high-level task oversight and cross-functional visibility. Sorting by List is crucial when managing multiple workflows across different departments, especially when reviewing or delegating tasks. The current inability to sort by List adds friction to this process, requiring manual identification of task groupings that are already displayed—just not in a usable order. Why Current Workarounds Fall Short: We’ve explored and tested several workarounds, but none provide the streamlined experience we need: Using List View for Sorting: * This requires navigating away from the dashboard and manually building and exporting views. * It fragments our review process and removes the benefit of a centralized dashboard. Creating Multiple Task List Cards: * This clutters the dashboard and requires significant manual setup and maintenance. * Not scalable for teams working across dozens of Lists. Using Custom Fields to Represent List Names: * Introduces redundancy and administrative overhead. * Requires ongoing maintenance and does not reflect native List relationships. Exporting to External Tools for Sorting: * Adds unnecessary steps and defeats the purpose of a live dashboard. * Makes real-time decision-making and collaboration more difficult. Adding sort functionality for the "List" column in the Tasks by Assignee tile would significantly enhance usability and efficiency. It aligns with ClickUp's goal of centralizing work management in one intuitive interface, and would provide immediate value to teams working with complex, cross-functional task structures. We appreciate your consideration.

I would like to be able to share public links to dashboards, the same way that I can share other views.

There is an option to hide or show filters and groups in a list view and in th general section of a dashboard. It would be very beneficial if we can have this option inside a list card in a dashboard. That wat we can avoid unuseful space and therefore, the pdf exporting would have a better looking. Some of our dashboards are not official due this missing option.
