It is absolutely driving me crazy that ClickUp opens to a list that I never use and don't even want to see rather than one that I choose or even the last one that I used. What is this??

We currently have users being redirected to a list that does not even exist, so they always have to hit "back" to be sent back to "my-work" after just freshly opening ClickUp. This is such a nuisance.

This! It's absolutely ridiculous the way it's currently set up...

I want to land at least on top of the home page - not on a random project I'm not even involved in - that's the least we should get.

Customizing the landing page is another level - please start with correcting this crazy randomness.

They let the business tiers and up have it... but not the free or (STILL PAID) unlimited plan... This is not an advanced feature. This is basic functionality. Every single user should be able to set their default views, or at minimum not have the app auto-reset to a view you never use that you then have to switch from every single time you open the platform. (I only ever use List view. I am constantly opening to Board view despite literally never using it). It's kind of crazy for such a basic functionality to be reserved for only the highest paid tiers.... at least let the low paid tier have it too if you don't want to give it to the free tier.

This feature of setting a default location when opening ClickUp in May 2026 (!) is still very much needed!!
