Having moved from other Project Management tools where List (Projects) IDs could be customised to iterate and have a custom prefix, the ability to do this would be incredibly useful.

It would be great to be able to add Sections to Lists. This could also be thought of as grouping certain tasks within lists. Sometimes you want tasks to be in one list, but also be able to group them/put them in to sections, so you can better chunk them. For example, I make films, and I would like a list for a film to be able to be grouped in to "Development", "Pre-Production", "Production", "Post Production", "Release". It isn't suitable in this instance for me to make each film have its own project and then make individual lists, because I group film types as projects. For instance, I have a Project "Short Films", then each short film is a list. It would not work having a Project for each film, as the project list would be huge. This is something that can be done in Asana, and is very useful.

When grouped by Due Date in list view, please provide additional level of grouping for Future dates by month and then by years. Currently level of grouping shows up: Today Tomorrow Saturday Sunday Monday Future Would like to see this changed to indicate: Today Tomorrow Saturday Sunday Monday January February March April May June July August September October November _ December 2021 2022 2023 etc

Would be nice if we can show up more than 3 tags in list view. I just don't like to click the +1 at the side of the tags to view what tag it is. Maybe at least 5 would be reasonable

Similar to how you can mention a task, it would be great to be able to mention a project, list, or space. On top of that, pasting a clickup link should automatically render.

It would be nice to be able to set a default project/list when adding tasks. When I am working and an idea pops in my head that I want to quickly capture, I add it to an "Inbox" list that I will review later to move it to the appropriate place. The goal is to not lose focus on what I am already working on, so when I have to move to a different project & list or select these items from the Create New Task window, it is just more cumbersome.

The list template my workplace uses has multiple "01. #####-[specific job here]" tasks, where I have to fill in the project number every time. If there was a search and replace all feature that would make it so much faster. It can't be a batch option because only part of the task titles need to be changed.

In any list I go to in the workspace, if someone else searched for a task, the same search term appears filtered for me. There has to be a way to disable this. You who are reading: imagine that I searched for something on Google, and now you go to Google and the results of my search appear... that doesn't make sense. See the attached printout, I didn't search for ''meeting'', but when accessing the list the term was already filtered for me, and I didn't search for that. And I need to see all the tasks, regardless of whether they are assigned to me or not, I need to check information in the tasks. I consider this a basic error, which the attendant told me has no solution today.

Can be cumbersome to select the list every time. Some folders are used more than others in Everything View

From support: It would be nice if we could merge Lists. You can select multiple tasks with the Multitask Toolbar, but this is less effective when your List is larger. Even selecting select all requires to load all tasks which can take a while.
