When working on team projects it would help the team if when tracking time to a task, you could add additional assignees to your time tracking entries for them, this would help the team save admin time as individuals entries could be created for them.

Feature Request: Make it possible to connect the scheduled duration field of a task to its time estimate, and cost field so we can easily calculate labour costs. Example: If a task takes 5 hours ( input or automatically calculated in the duration field) and the labour rate is $20/hour, the cost should be: 5 hours x $20/hour = $100 Right now, there is no way to link the scheduled time ( automatically calculated duration field) to the time estimate for this kind of calculation.

I use this app for my team members to track what they are doing through the day. I would love to be able to add more fields to the time tracking entries. Additionally, the tags do not seem to be shared between the spaces and the timesheets.

I've added this a couple of times, but as the team continues to use Clickup, there is a lot of items missing in tracking and forecasting. I've tried all the widgets but ideally this is what I need: for any given month (and possibly other time frames): a list of projects containing how much time was logged on that project by assignee or resource a list of resources containing how much time they logged on each project they worked on

What is the point of tracking time if you can't see its relationship to cost? Clients do pay you with hours and at to ask we create hundreds of automatons for something as simple as a rate variable. Please stop wasting time on apple watch integration, Siri, Alexia and more outer edge integrations when something as fundamental as hourly rates are missing.

When working with subtasks, the name of the parent task does not appear in the timesheet. It would be helpful to have it either in the task name (e.g. subtask [parent task]) or in the Location (e.g. Space/List/Parent task). Alternatively, group the subtasks by task and always display the parent task even if no time was reported in the parent task. Task 1 > Subtask 1 > ... Task 2 > Subtask 2 >...

guest users/external collaborators can see all tracked time by default, for tasks where they have view access. guests (clients) should not be able to see tracked time on work that is done for them.

What do you think about implementing a customizable Pomodoro-like timer?

Right now there is no way for a user to submit timesheets for approval on mobile devices. We'd like to add this functionality, as some of our team members don't use the desktop/web app & only chat / track time through the mobile device. This also will make compliance easier, as sometimes even desktop/web users forget to submit them, but can quickly do so from their phone if they forgot.
