Is there a way to integrate Teams and/or Outlook into ClickUp so our teams’ time is tracked and automatically added based on call duration?

We would like to request a feature that allows for the customization of notifications. Currently, we can only send messages to the team channel. However, we need the capability to send notifications directly to individual assignees in their private chats. The team channel receives a high volume of notifications, making it difficult to track specific tasks. Implementing this feature would ensure that individual assignees receive notifications directly, improving task management and communication efficiency.

We'd like the functionality to send a teams message to particular people / chats when an automation runs. Mostly we wanna use this as a replacement for a "hey, let me know when this is done" kinda thing.

Right now, in order to connect ClickUp to Microsoft Teams, you have to go channel by channel. It'd be great if one could bulk select the channels ClickUp should connect with. For example, if I have a lot of channels, I'd have to make many manual connections.

For my purposes, I don't need to see the task ID in the URL. I'd love to make this optional in the UI.

Currently, the automatically generated Teams message through the integration is only showing the title, through whose account the new Task was posted, path, and detail. This doesn't include the information I want that are often included in tags or other columns. It would be great to customize what gets posted, similar to how you can customize the emails in the Automations.

Recently Teams released the 'minutes' feature within a meeting. You can assign tasks to people incl due dates, can we integrate this with Clickup?
