Time Tracking Exports
Marin
Hello
Do you plan on making the time tracking exports more customizable? Right now there are no options for this at all, which makes it hard to really use them in their current format.
Best regards

Please also process the time display in a different way, for example in decimals. So that this can be taken over 1 on 1 for Invoicing.

Please make it possible to choose which fields appear in the export. This prevents a lot of manual work because the spreadsheet needs to be cleaned and optimized.

Currently the Priority field built-in to ClickUp isn't included in the export.

The current export is so difficult to work with! we need time exported in an hour minute format not a text format. The current formats are very difficult to work with and create so much manual work to work with and get the reporting we need,

Hello, I am not able to export the time entry notes along with the tracked time. I need to be able to export both information along with other task related fields in order to properly use the time sheet functionality. This information is required for internal approvals of the time sheets and to be submitted for billable time to the client. The current limitation makes the time sheet functionality very difficult to use. Thanks

Customize Export of Time Tracking Dashboard

We are looking for a way to export each freelance contractor's time in a simplified form so it can be used to create invoices without having to copy and paste or keep a separate log. Currently when exporting the Time Tracking Dashboard, it includes 40 or more columns and does not give the option to choose which columns.

For our company to fully adopt ClickUp, we need the following time tracking export features added as soon as possible:
1a. Time tracked exported in decimal format (1.33) instead of the current 1 h 20 m format (which cannot be used for spreadsheet calculations).
1b. Also, why does ClickUp provide a CSV export column of time-tracked in milliseconds instead of seconds? It would be great if the export feature for time-tracked allowed the user to select what time format the time tracked was exported in.
- A PDF export option that can be customized with our company logo that displays each logged task time per a specific project (much like is available using Clockify). This is an important project auditing feature we must provide our clients at the end of each project or invoicing period.
- An option to select exactly what info gets exported in each CSV file export (and ideally also in each PDF file export when that feature becomes available). The current CSV output includes all manner of unnecessary data columns that just makes working with ClickUp's exported CSV files unnecessarily difficult.
- The ability to fully customize export date ranges for any CSV export (and PDF export when that feature becomes available).

There is already an option to customize the way the time tracking is displayed when we export an entire folder or a list in Excel, but it would be very useful to be able to customize it (for example, change the time format from "1 h 10 m" to "01:10:00" when we export a timesheet (or time tracking) dashboard.

Writing this as a customer story, hopefully that's helpful:
Our Customer Story & Ideal Outcome:
We'd like the ability to integrate ClickUp timesheets into our financial accounting system for billable clients for every employee automatically so that resources track time in one system.
I understand it's not possible to export from the Timesheets feature, but it is possible to export from the Timesheets Card on Dashboards, however this is clunky when trying to export multiple people's time.
If we can't integrate into our financial system, one solution could be that one person on our team exports all timesheets for billable clients as a CSV file to import into our financial system every week.
