Currently, Support Access must be enabled individually by each user. It would be helpful if Workspace Owners or Admins could set a default permission for the entire workspace, ensuring support can access all accounts when needed for troubleshooting.
Use Case:
When troubleshooting workspace-wide issues, it’s time-consuming to ask every user to enable Support Access. A global setting would streamline support and reduce delays.
