Please add this. Chasing colleagues to upload a profile photo is not fun for anyone. A small feature like this would have a big impact: the platform instantly feels more personal and complete when every team member has a profile picture.

I can't believe this is not implemented! one of the members of my team has left the company, and I, as an administrator, can't change his mail to provide the rest of the premium period for the new employee? are you expecting me to pay again for the same sit?

being able to edit and add custom fields to your user object would be great for admins
