From support ticket: Would like to have all number custom fields rollup within subtasks to the parent task

I would like to request the ability to add custom fields to user profiles in ClickUp, in addition to the standard email address. For example, it would be extremely helpful for our organization to include a business phone number directly in the profile. This would allow team members to quickly find the best way to contact each other, which is crucial for efficient communication and urgent situations. Additionally, it would be valuable to have the option to add a custom URL field, such as a link to a personal “bio page” or employee profile created in ClickUp. This page could contain all important information about the employee, their responsibilities, and other relevant details. Allowing organizations to define custom fields in user profiles would make ClickUp much more flexible and better suited to different company needs. It would also improve internal collaboration and make it easier to find the right person for specific topics or projects.

Title: AI Notetaker: Reorder "Workspace Notetaker" option & add confirmation prompt to prevent accidental data exposure Description: When sending the AI Notetaker to a call, the "Notetaker Type" dropdown lists options in this order: Personal Notetaker → Workspace Notetaker → Shared Notetaker. The Workspace Notetaker option (which shares notes with the entire workspace) is positioned directly below the default Personal option, making it easy for users to accidentally select it. This creates a real data confidentiality risk: if a user selects Workspace Notetaker for a sensitive or confidential call, the meeting minutes become accessible to every user in the workspace. The feature itself is valuable , but the current UI introduces unnecessary risk. Suggested improvements: Move "Workspace Notetaker" to the bottom of the list so the least-restrictive sharing option isn't the most prominent choice. Add a confirmation/warning prompt when a user selects Workspace Notetaker (e.g., "These notes will be visible to all members of your workspace. Continue?") to ensure it's an intentional choice. Consider adding a brief inline description of the sharing scope directly in the dropdown (the current subtitle text is small and easy to miss). Impact: Any workspace with confidential meetings (HR, legal, finance, executive) is exposed to accidental information leakage with the current design. *

Allow shared screens in SyncUp calls to be annotated (draw/write) by participants, similar to how in Slack Huddles you can click on the pencil to draw on it.

I use Everything to see all of my tasks, so I'd like Personal List to be included in it. Right now I can only see it on Home. :)

Main task progress should be cumulative total of subtask rollup (similar to time rollup)

Need a chat window like LinkedIn to always have chat available when using Clickup. It happens most of the time that i want to interact with a person while working on a doc/ticket and it becomes very difficult to switch between chat and the working screen again and again

Current this is only available at the space level. I'd like create Custom Task IDs at all levels. Workspace, space, folder, list.

It would be nice if ClickUp had a notification schedule functionality similar to what is in Slack. It would help receiving notifications outside of working hours.
