Getting notifications for reminders and delegated tasks is pretty critical. Without it, the quick questions/reminders sent that way will get missed in the shuffle.

Without a doubt, it's very important to receive notifications. It's very confused and the information is getting lost.

Even in 4.0 is still not possible to understand if a task has already a reminder sticked to it.

As consequence I write multiple times the same reminder for the same task!

Can we please get emails for when we set reminders? I have a lot of team members that don't live in Clickup, and have only a few select tasks to do per project. I would love if the system could notify them in some way, outside the system.

I created a recurring Reminder for a team member, but I'm not able to find it to delete it, nor edit it.

Do you know where I could i find this reminder?

100% agree. It's disheartening and unhelpful to only get a notification when an activity is overdue. Create a way for me to be notified 24-48-72 hours in advance.

So I am using ClickUp with an accounting firm. I set up due dates and assignees for my task, but did not delegate a specific time for the due dates. I believe this affects the timing of the mobile notifications and reminders I receive. I get notifications around midnight. I would love the option to change the standard time for reminders and task that do not have a time attached to them.

This would be really helpful! I like to have reminders, but they are too "quiet" and slip in the due lists. I need notifications that scream at me!

The option to set email reminders based on subtask assignment would make a big difference for our team. There are some clunky workarounds, but a simple setting to be notified when subtasks are assigned would greatly improve our workflow.

When I am tagged within a PDF in a task, I should get notified in my inbox. I am not as I have been told that it is not supported in ClickUp. This is critical as action can be missed. Please get this implemented. TIA!
