Support publicly shared Dashboards
planned

Like publicly shared Views, please add support for publicly shared Dashboards. This is key for providing high-level visibility to people lacking guest accounts.

Hi Everyone. Thank you for your patience. We have started to investigate the complexities involved in this, and need your inputs on a couple items, including permissions.
Can you please fill out this quick 2-question survey to let us know your perspectives?
Thank you!

Thanks for working on this. Any updates? It's really important!

Is this feature currently being developed or is it still conceptual? As a service provider we really need this functionality for our clients.

What is the status of this feature request? Is there an ETA of when this will be released?
Alex Duran
This is disappointing. I was told this was possible on my first demo. I even sent a screenshot of what I was looking to accomplish. I ask support how to do this correctly and they sent me to this form (created 5 years ago...)

I just don't understand how a list or some version of the actual data is viewable, but the dashboard isn't. This is vital for many of us.

I am a STEM teacher and would like to not have to have my students all create accounts due to their ages, ie. more work for me on an individual issue. Creating a publicly shared dashboard for any team members would allow for all to access and work well together without people who may only need to access this whiteboard not be with your whole team all the time overloading their dashboards.
I wish to give my students as close to a real world experience to allow for them to to ahead of the game.

Hello, would certainly love to have these dashboard for our programs within our university. I work with many internal and external partners, and it is not feasible to ask everyone to create an account for viewing, especially when everyone kind of uses something different. The PDF export does not provide a dashboard viewing/interacting experience and greatly minimizes Clickup's features. What is the status of this feature request?
Michael Rosenberg
Lily Chan Any update on this feature? ClickUp currently has zero features that enable agencies to provide a good experience to their customers without them signing up. No automated progress reporting, no public dashboards. We do not want to onboard our customers into ClickUp but we need to keep them up to date on progress without it creating endless manual overhead. This feature would enable at least some element of customer experience for us to create for our partners.

This would be immensely helpful - and would reduce our need to now use an external 3rd party platform to share dashboards with clients.
Also, and unfortunately, there are contradictory help docs that say you can publicly share these dashboards - but ClickUp support has confirmed it doesn't work as listed....yet.
Please add this feature and save us from having to use third-parties outside of ClickUp!
Grainne Arif
FOUNDERS would you mind me asking which 3rd party platform you use?
This missing feature is SO frustrating for us, especially as ClickUp has contradictory help docs! and we can't give our clients guest access as we also can't hide comments from them! (another feature request). The only workaround seems to be printing it as a PDF which seems a really poor workaround!
