Hi everyone!
I just want to give an update that this is in our plans, but we haven’t been able to prioritize it yet. I understand that waiting for this feature can be frustrating if you need it. Rest assured, it’s on the shortlist for every prioritization and roadmap discussion.
We’ll provide an update as soon as we make some progress here.

Bumping this up again - this issue was brought to ClickUp's attention in 2020 & has gained traction ever since. The continued commentary proves that there are use cases in which customers would find this very helpful. I am one of them as well. Publicly shared dashboards would help our teams share visibility with relevant stakeholders and leaders without forcing them into the tool.
"Future" isn't good enough considering how many features and extras ClickUp continues to roll out month after month. We'd like to see this move to "In progress" asap.

Sigurd Seteklev how about fixing remapping subtasks? That doesn't work correctly.
How about fixing how rescheduling tasks work? If you have a task set with the start date "Today at 2:00 pm" and due date "Today at 2:30 pm" and you move the start date to "Tomorrow at 2:00 pm" then the due date changes to "Tomorrow at 3:00 pm". And you can't change the due date to a time before the start date, the system should either prompt a conflict or automatically adjust the start date to realign with the due date using the same timeframe.
How about fixing the glitches with drag and drop reordering of subtasks and the columns in list view? Neither of those work accurately.
Not a bug, but a "feature" that's been requested multiple times over at least 7 years...For recurring tasks, allow rescheduling of either one instance or all future instances (like Google Calendar does).
I shared a list months ago in this request thread of challenges that my team and I run into countless times a week. I'd rather see those daily irritants resolved than new AI features rolled out.

Please implement this function - super important, especially for agencies, to be able to share dashboards with customers and thus provide a live overview of ongoing projects.

This must be prioritized. It’s a highly requested and widely supported feature that customers have been waiting on for years. We deserve a more substantive response than a mere acknowledgment of our frustration or a vague assurance that the matter is on your list.

Shayla Knight won’t be done in 2026. It has been requested since 2020 and still it’s not on “priority list”. ClickUp just builds what they wanna build, they don’t listen to us.

As a freelance EVA - I like for my clients to be able to see what is going on in their account. i purchase ClickUp as part of my business to support my clients. It is important for them to see what is going on with their account. They only have access to their information. Having to pay for an extra seat for them to see the work I am doing on their behalf seems predatory.
