[from support] It would be helpful to have a Yearly calendar view instead of just monthly/weekly/daily

We are using the Calendar view as our main calendar for our team. When we have many tasks on a single day, it becomes VERY difficult to identify which day is which as the number for the day is at the bottom right of the calendar and is very small and hard to see. It would be ideal to have this very prominent in the calendar box (Month view). In addition, it would be nice to see better separation on the different weeks/days as it kind of looks like a big blend sometimes. Also, the "+ x more" is no very prominent either, so it's very easy to miss tasks. Lastly, it would be nice if "Today" was highlighted a bit better, I find it hard to even find the current day easily. It should really stand out more and when you press "today" to jump to today's date, not just this month. It should flash on the current day so it's very clear which day is today (animation), rather than having to now scroll around to find today.

It would be great when the calendar is printable. Even better would be an export option to PDF, but printing to PDF should be fine as well. Right now I'm unsuccessful when doing this straight from the browser. Cheers Edwin

Right now, you can day, 4 day, week and month. It would be a huge help for forward planning to be able to scroll through the year as well.

Currently I find the calendar view difficult to use for my particular situation. What I want to use the calendar for: for daily/weekly planning. I want to use it to plan activities in 1-2 hour blocks of time. What do I want the calendar to do: Shows me ALL OF MY tasks for the day/week. These are all the tasks from a particular space/folder/list. I can drag and drop tasks into it, move the task within my calendar to reflect when I intend to work on the task, and for how long. However, doing so will not change the set due dates and time estimates that are placed on the card. Why? this is a personal calendar - I don't think anyone needs to know exactly when I am working on a task. However, there should be an option to share my actual day plans with individuals (e.g. team members - so that we can see what each others workload and day plans are). In Calendar view, the actual due date of the task (if one exists) should be shown. This can be done graphically perhaps. Sometimes, a user may work on a particular task card with breaks. e.g. task card 1 on Monday, then return to it on Wednesday. It would be good if this can be shown in the calendar. i.e. duplication of a task on the calendar without physically creating two separate cards. I would like to have this Calendar view next to my inbox. This makes sense to me - I go to my inbox, here all of my tasks are - and then I just drag and drop them onto the calendar that is next to it. I want to be able to quickly add a task to my calendar. Currently, when I try to create a task in the calendar, and the calendar is at the Space Level, then I have to choose the list first. (see screenshot). Instead I would like to have the option to click the calendar and bring up the new task panel.

The current way to print a calender view is very backwards. Can only do one month at a time. and then have to use an outside software to combine all my pdfs into one calender. Would be so great if there was an "Export Calender to PDF" feature. That can export all the months into a multiple page pdf.

Currently, calendar view allows color coding by either status OR list, but it would be even better to provide some mechanism that does both - for example, the border color could indicate status and the fill color could indicate the source list.

[FROM SUPPORT]: We're finding it really important to have non-task events on a calendar that don't take up space in our to-do list and board views.

Would be cool if the calendar view would scroll when dragging a task to reschedule to a date that's off screen.

We'd like to set up a calendar in ClickUp that we can edit to say if we are out of office, working from home, traveling, etc. Would be a nice to know what each team members availability is directly in the tool.
