Eu já utilizei outras ferramentas focadas em helpdesk (como freshdesk, zendesk ou pipefy) que facilmente seriam substituídas pelo clickup se não fosse a falta de incorporar a minha caixa de e-mail dentro da ferramenta. Responder aos solicitantes diretamente nas tarefas via e-mail para uma conversa de um a um é simples, mas considerando cenários reais onde existem N pessoas em cópia em um e-mail isto se torna desumano, ter que copiar e colar o endereço de todos. A minha expectativa é que este webmail seja didático como o gmail ou outlook. Outra coisa muito difícil hoje nas tarefas são a forma que os anexos são apresentados, uma caixa de entrada de e-mail, e interação diretamente por uma ferramenta dessas faria grande diferença no meu dia a dia. Eu não utilizo o clickup mais, como gostaria, pela falta de um webmail, isto faz toda a diferença, as empresas (B2B) se comunicam via webmail, é inviável colocar meus consultores parceiros para cada um entrar na minha ferramenta, cada um possui seu workflow de trabalho, embora eu indique para todos, nem todos estão abertos a utilizar a ferramenta, também é inviável dar um suporte para os clientes através das tarefas, tão pouco que eles fiquem abrindo chamado através de um formulário, um endereço de e-mail redirecionado para uma lista é mais fácil para que todos abram chamados, logs de serviços sejam registrados abrindo ticket automaticamente. Eu sei que existem outras formas de se comunicar, mas o e-mail ainda é uma forma universal de comunicação e sem qualquer expectativa de ser substituído por outro e-mail mais formal.

I no longer use clickup, as I would like, due to the lack of a webmail, this makes all the difference, companies (B2B) communicate via webmail, it is unfeasible to have my partner consultants so that each one can access my tool, each one has their own work workflow, although I recommend it to everyone, not everyone is open to using the tool, it is also unfeasible to support customers through tasks, so much so that they are opening a ticket using a form, an email address redirected to a list, it is easier for everyone to open tickets, service logs are recorded by automatically opening tickets. I know there are other ways to communicate, but email is still a universal form of communication and without any expectation of being replaced by another more formal email.

Brendan W Our team is moving our sales pipelines across to Salesforce as the email integration/syncing/watching is simply not up to standard. Can we get a timeline on any progress here? Even Monday.com has been handling it better for years. Essential feature.

Just my yearly soapbox post that this feature is the next largest source of tasks in people's lives, which they have to manage outside of CU right now. This is
the next key feature
to achieving 'one app to rule them all'. I hope all the long-tail features for other CU functions aren't diverting resources from this - it feels that way.This is the chasm feature that would clearly separate you from the competition. It's Space X landing their booster. Game changer.

This + a Shared inbox function for your support mail and other "function" inboxes would be great. We´re using Front today to just have a shared inbox, but i think that ClickUp could easily generate a lot more business if you added this function :)

Brendan W and Zeb I know the team is diligently working on new ideas, new features, requested features, etc. but, I nice to get an update on real progress toward improving email integration. Austin Hodges layout of functionality and features should be a "completed" this month (March 2024) priority.

I'd also like to be able to set default emails accounts per task type. to ensure the communication always comes from the correct account if a user has access to more then 1 account
