Mobile Feature Requests

I’ve noticed that when tasks are assigned to me while I’m actively using the ClickUp app, I don’t receive immediate notifications. These assignments only appear in the inbox, which can be easy to miss as inbox list may be long and constantly feeding due to the nature of our work. It would be incredibly helpful to have real-time, in-app notifications or even OS notification for task assignments, similar to those in messaging apps, to ensure we don’t miss any important updates.

On mobile inbox, show more lines on notifications, it’s better to view without clicks. You can increase a button with density to view. COMPACT Actually - One Line REGULAR Two lines HIGH Three lines

When I work on my computer with the Clickup app (or web app) open, I get all my notifications through it. It's annoying to receive the same notification on my phone. It would be great to set an option to only get notifications on my phone when I'm not working on my computer (when the Clickup app or web app is closed/offline). Thanks

Would be great to toggle off/on specific types notifications on (android) mobile app! Can only change these in settings on desktop app. Also customize things like sound on/off, vibrate on/off, time to send notification (for all-day tasks) and set a specific sound for clickup notifications.

Let us turn off notifications outside of work hours as a basic digital hygiene and mental health feature.

I would love to see actionable notifications so I can mark a task complete from the notification. The current notification action is to open the task. It is possible that it could have three actions, pulled from the task itself, so that it could be marked complete (or whatever else) from the notification itself, without opening the app. https://developer.android.com/distribute/best-practices/engage/rich-notifications

How to change to French I don't have the settings on phone

It would be fantastic, if when we set the task to have a start date and a due date, the reminder feature is automatically integrated into the create a task set. That way we are notified on our mobile device when the task is due. And if we could customize and add reminders to the subtasks that would be helpful. These notifications would improve the functionality of the application.

It would be nice to have a notification you can activate in the notification settings to remind you if you have tasks to complete today.
