Mobile Feature Requests

Would be great to toggle off/on specific types notifications on (android) mobile app! Can only change these in settings on desktop app. Also customize things like sound on/off, vibrate on/off, time to send notification (for all-day tasks) and set a specific sound for clickup notifications.

It would be fantastic, if when we set the task to have a start date and a due date, the reminder feature is automatically integrated into the create a task set. That way we are notified on our mobile device when the task is due. And if we could customize and add reminders to the subtasks that would be helpful. These notifications would improve the functionality of the application.

All chat and email applications display a red badge with the count of unread messages or emails. For ClickUp, it would be ideal if we could configure what the badge counts. At a minimum, I would expect the badge to appear for direct messages and tags. I reached out to Support, but currently, ClickUp doesn’t support this feature at all.

I would love to see actionable notifications so I can mark a task complete from the notification. The current notification action is to open the task. It is possible that it could have three actions, pulled from the task itself, so that it could be marked complete (or whatever else) from the notification itself, without opening the app. https://developer.android.com/distribute/best-practices/engage/rich-notifications

We have due date notifications for tasks with a due date & time setup. It would be super useful if this push notification can be extended to all day tasks as well. An option to select the time at which all day tasks for each day should be reminded will be great.

When I receive a reminder or task notification, the notification should have the quick action to "mark task complete" or other useful buttons. Clicking on the notification, opening the app, and then hitting the button to complete are unnecessary extra steps.

the filters in the inbox section are very scarce. i'd need filters "based on X lists" or "based on task assignees"... this way i can proritize the notifications that i want, instead of having them all mixed ip together

It would be nice to have a notification you can activate in the notification settings to remind you if you have tasks to complete today.

Maybe not directly in inbox but say a second inbox for mail. But we can then see our mail and copy and paste important reminders into our tasks
