Mobile Feature Requests

Decide what is shown in homescreen widgets and how big it should be.

It would be amazing if we could have a simple time tracking widget for iOS Home Screen or shortcuts. iOS 18 just came out and it removed support for legacy widgets so my Clockify time tracking is no longer there. I would much rather use the time tracker inside ClickUp anyway and since we can now use shortcuts as quick actions from the Lock Screen this would be a great opportunity to also have some simple timer widget as well. If this could also be applied to the notepad as well it would be a huge time saver!

Please make a notepad widget (or a standalone app) for android phones!! I think thats a super important feature clickup is still missing! Thanks in advance!

Having a widget to show currently tracked tasks and also kick off timers would be really helpful.

I'd like the Android widget to be for a single selected list rather than the Inbox only, which is the current offering I have.

There are aren't any widgets for the mobile version of ClickUp, those which are there feels like outdated, I don't even use a single one of them. So I want atleast ClickUp to integrate things into Shortcuts App of iOS so that users can create things according to their own need

Having a widget for starting/pausing/stopping the time tracking for any task would make that feature even more useful than it already is. Having a relevant and interactive checklist visible on a Home Screen like iOS Reminders would make that feature really versatile. Being able to see even a small but clickable preview of the most recent attachment for a task or list would help improve communication between myself and my team since we’re constantly revising diagrams and designs.

Hey ClickUp team! I love using the ClickUp mobile app, but I've got a small suggestion that would make the widget so much more useful for me and probably many others. THE IDEA Could we have the option to choose which task list or view shows up in the mobile widget? Right now, it only shows tasks from My Work, which can get a bit overwhelming when managing lots of tasks. It would be amazing if we could select any list or even a smart list/view to display in the widget, just like how Apple's Reminders app lets you choose specific lists. WHY IT WOULD BE GREAT Personalization: We could focus on the most relevant tasks for our current needs. Less Clutter: No more scrolling through a long list of tasks that might not be priorities. Better Task Management: Easier to stay on top of specific projects or areas of work. Increased Widget Usage: The widget would become much more useful and used more often. This small change would make the widget super flexible and way more helpful for managing our daily tasks. Thanks for considering this idea!

This is really inconvenient especially if I set a specific time for a task that the widget shows the last daily tasks first down to the first. I should see the first tasks at the top!!

Search widget on home screen would be very helpful to search task or list without need to open app and go to search in mobile app.
