Photos (from camera roll or new photo) can be used for creating a task but there is no way to insert photos into docs in the iOS mobile app.

I really feel like the Notepad could do with some big improvements on mobile:- 1. It takes 7 taps to start creating a note. Seven! 8 if you include opening ClickUp:- Click "Create". 2. Click "Notepad". 3. Click "create new note". 4. Type the note name. 5. Click "Create". 6. Click the "edit" button. 7. Click in the notepad to expose the keyboard. It should just be "create note", start typing, maybe with a title option in there as well. So max 3, possibly 2. 2. Fails offline. Because of the whole "having to click the edit button" thing, creating a Note does not work when offline or in a bad signal area. This is a huge problem for ClickUp mobile in general - it affects Task Descriptions and Docs, too. 3. Notes move themselves around and don't match the order of Desktop notes. Been a problem for years. A new note can end up anywhere in the list. Note order is also completely out of order with the desktop order. New notes should universally be at the TOP. or at least a user setting/be able to choose the order. 4 . No way to create voice notes. Can we get voice notes in notepad? 5. Click and hold icon to create note on Android Not sure if you can do the same on iPhone, but the ability to click and hold the ClickUp icon to create a Note, like we can with Tasks.

With the latest version of Docs shared on mobile, you get a massive, ugly, and confusing "Go to ClickUp" button when you open the "pages" menu. This is not only very unprofessional when sharing Docs with a public link, but also very confusing to an end user. If you have sent someone a public Doc, why would they want to "Go to ClickUp"? Maybe if it was an internal Doc and they are logged in, so they can go to the Doc within ClickUp. But with a public Doc? There is no way that should be there. I understand ClickUp want to get the word out there about the product, but this is not the way to do it. We already have a ClickUp logo in the top corner, why do we also need a huge, ugly, confusing button in the pages menu? Sure, make the Free plan have this button, but not the paid plans. It's just very unprofessional.

I just want to make a quick note!!!! By the time I've opened the app, created a "notepad", created a note, intelligently named the note.... Then wait for an approval from the server to create the note with nothing in it.... Now, and only now, can I write down the quick thing I wanted to note but guess what.... I forgot it. Thanks. This is not hard to get right!!! Step 1. Open app. Step 2. Create note. And DONE! you are on a page that has the title but you can enter the actual note immediately. Even better.... Create a widget, just like you did with create a task (this widget kind of sucks in action tho). In this case STEP 1. CREATE A NOTE. DONE. it's just that easy. An option to, clean up interface, only for docs and notes taking. Not lists, tasks etc. Like a standalone notepad option. And an option to search keywords from documents

Notepad is supposed to be their in 5 seconds whenever I need it but with clickup, it's a very bad experience in mobile. The text editor takes atleast 15-20 seconds after multiple clicks to create a note. Many ideas are lost because flow cannot be achieved. Ask (Android Oriented; IOS users please correct me whenever required) Quick add note button on widget and Android quick settings panel Ability to assign shortcuts via Samsung goodlock app or routines (eg: Swipe down-inwards from right edge to create new note, etc) Fast loading of text editor of notepad like Google Keep, etc

Got inspired over the current challenge of accessing the notepad. I feel that adding action buttons above the existing "New Task" button could help minimize the number of taps to get to where you want to be. Currently, tapping the new "More" button in the bottom navbar pops up a menu and shows all of the action buttons. From there, my idea is that you can add action buttons into your quick-access "sidebar." Cooldown (2–3s) minimizes buttons to tabs Tap on tabs to preview all icons. Tap again on an icon to open its dedicated screen. Swipe on one tab/button to open its dedicated screen. Holding a tap while scrolling keeps the buttons minimized as tabs. Letting go of the tap previews them until the cooldown minimizes them again. Bonus (animation): When opening a screen from the sidebar, the requested icon floats to the top while the background color morphs into a header.
