We currently use Slack workflows to create support tickets in ClickUp. As part of this process, we post the resulting task link back into the Slack channel to maintain visibility and create a reference point between the Slack message and the ClickUp task. However, these links are automatically unfurled by the ClickUp App, creating large previews in the message thread. While this may be helpful in some contexts, it's disruptive in workflow-based messages where we want to keep communication streamlined and minimal. Feature Request: Please add a setting or toggle that allows users to suppress or disable link previews when ClickUp task, doc, or comment links are shared in Slack—specifically within automated workflows or bot messages. Why this matters: Reduces visual clutter in high-volume channels like Sales Support Keeps automated Slack messages clean and professional Offers more flexibility for teams using Slack workflows Aligns with user intent—sometimes we just need a simple link, not a full preview Thank you for considering this functionality! Hi Guys I am getting multiple Slack notifications from ClickBot for the same single activity in ClickUp. This is unnecessary and creates too much while noise. See attached example. For example, where a comment meets "Comment assigned to me" and "Comments I'm @mentioned in" - then ClickUp should combine this into ONE notification.

When we select "Task Created" in Types of Notifications, the integration notifies both task and subtask creation. I would like to be able to disable the subtask notifications.

Being able to send alarms, for example of tasks to be due, either to an individual person or to a slack group. This would facilitate the reminders so that the information is updated on time or even to improve internal processes

The Slack notification tells us what list the task is found in. However, with our hierarchy, the vital part of a location is the parent folder, as every list within the parent has the same name. We would find it very useful to have a way of seeing the folder in this notification. Thank You.

The "Import from Slack" feature doesn't really hold much value for us if it can't import into actual ClickUp Chats. Importing as a list is quite pointless and very difficult to continue conversations as it's completely separate from Chat. Will the "Import from Slack" feature soon allow for Slack channels to be imported to a selected ClickUp chat (instead of as a list)?

While ClickUp’s Slack integration allows task creation, we specifically need customizable notifications that alert users before a task is due (e.g., 3-day or 7-day reminders) rather than notifications appearing after the fact.

Slack introduced a new feature - lists. I would like to be able to link a list item to a ClickUp item and have it move statuses when I change it in Clickup - while ClickUp is my primary place to manage tasks - the view in Slack lists is quick and subject-related (like specific channels and so on) I would love to explain more about if needed, please reach out with any questions :)

The create a task slack integration is very useful - but we often end up having to open the task back up to change the type (most often to bug). Being able to do that within the slack integration would be awesome.
