We currently use Slack workflows to create support tickets in ClickUp. As part of this process, we post the resulting task link back into the Slack channel to maintain visibility and create a reference point between the Slack message and the ClickUp task. However, these links are automatically unfurled by the ClickUp App, creating large previews in the message thread. While this may be helpful in some contexts, it's disruptive in workflow-based messages where we want to keep communication streamlined and minimal. Feature Request: Please add a setting or toggle that allows users to suppress or disable link previews when ClickUp task, doc, or comment links are shared in Slack—specifically within automated workflows or bot messages. Why this matters: Reduces visual clutter in high-volume channels like Sales Support Keeps automated Slack messages clean and professional Offers more flexibility for teams using Slack workflows Aligns with user intent—sometimes we just need a simple link, not a full preview Thank you for considering this functionality! Let me know if more context would be helpful.
