Good morning, We use ClickUp to sort resumes. Currently, we receive applications on a dedicated email address, then I do an initial sorting: interesting resumes are entered manually in ClickUp. Would it be possible to develop a feature that, when a resume is selected, sends it directly to the Talents Pipeline ClickUp platform? Thanks in advance for your return. I would like the ability to set a default email address in ClickUp. I have access to multiple email addresses in ClickUp and most of them, I only want to use for automations (eg, the form submitter gets a notification that we've received their submission via automation from a generic group email address). The problem is that I use ClickUp a lot to send emails through tasks and it almost always defaults to one of the generic group emails instead of my personal email. Often times, I don't notice this until I've already sent the email. Additionally, I wish there were a way to link signatures to the email address rather than just the person sending the email. I don't want my personal signature line showing up in a generic email address, but it defaults back there every time I have to set up an e-mail automation. Having these two features would be a huge help for using email. We love the feature overall and ability to keep all communication within the task!

I would love for there to be a way to store contact information (email addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, addresses, etc) in a way that allows you to access them from any task - sort of like an address book? Currently we store this information in individual task & subtask custom fields, so we can just copy & paste the info, but when emailing out of a task it is not always convenient to navigate to a completely separate space/folder/list to capture the info.

If you have multiple email addresses added to ClickUp, the system will default the 'from' field to the last email address added to the ClickUp backend. This means any automations also default sending to this one address and you cannot edit them. Really poor design for companies who need to email out of clickup from different email accounts via automations
