Email - Import Contacts

Hells yes, this please 🙏
Every time I send an email from a task I have to hope over to my email client, copy-paste the address, and repeat for however many recipients are necessary. MAAAASIVE headache for someone trying to move as much business management process across to CU as possible.
Whether it's being able to import emails from an email client, manually capture them anywhere, or link email fields from an internal CRM-type structure (i.e. a "People" task type), anything would be better than what it currently is.

Is there any updates on this?

Just found out from support that "When you connect your email address to the Email in ClickUp ClickApp, it automatically pulls 100 contacts associated with your email account into ClickUp. These addresses can be ones that are saved in your email contacts section, ones that you have sent emails to, or ones you have received emails from."
100 emails?? I have 15-20,000 in Outlook and need them all available for use in Email feature.

This would be such a time saver. Even if it started with just autofilling your team emails, this would be a great feature.

When I start typing in the "To:" field in the Email "comment", I would expect the system to suggest AT LEAST the emails of the users of our workspace. For some reason, it doesn't even know the email address of my colleagues, so I have to COPY AND PASTE it every time to make sure it's correct.

Email capability is very deficient without a better way to at least autofill emails that were previously used.

Agreed. We have two big issues.
- Email addresses that were initially typed incorrectly are saved and show up as suggested. We need a way to delete the incorrect email addresses so they aren't accidentally used. Maybe even go one step further and have a confirmation step every time ClickUp saves an email address.
- Our founder's email address does NOT show up as suggested when we start to type his name. He will be cc'd frequently, so this is also a huge issue.

Not having better integration with Outlook email will be a "make or break" deal on whether we continue using this platform for our company. I'll await for our Enterprise account to renew and hopefully by then, this lack of integration will be addressed.

Really don't like that I can not save email contacts and that it is limited to 100 of my contacts, or that I can choose which one of the 100 I want. This is a major limitation to what I use ClickUp for :(
