6+ years... and it still persisists!
One major limitation of ClickUp’s email integration is its inability to locally save contacts from emails sent within the system. Unlike traditional CRM tools, ClickUp does not offer a dedicated contact list that can be accessed across spaces. This means every time you need to email someone, you must manually re-enter their email address or rely on previous email threads.
For teams that rely heavily on email communication within ClickUp, this can be a frustrating gap—adding unnecessary steps and reducing efficiency. Hopefully, future updates will address this missing functionality and bring better contact management options!

Requesting the following enhancements:
- Option to disable auto-saving of email IDs or introduce a confirmation step before saving new email addresses to ensure accuracy.
- Restrict the visibility of saved email IDs to specific lists, so that email addresses saved in one list do not appear in other lists. This would help prevent unintended sharing of client contact details across different projects.

This feature still needs to be fixed/ update within clickup. It should be an easy thing for more than 100 contacts to be able to prefill in the emails. What's the hold up??

100 contact is even for a private person too few. For all company plans this needs to happen soon.
