Variables in email templates

Just as you could add variables to the emails in automation, You should be able to use the very same variables in the regular email templates.

We need the capability to set up a quick access link (variable) to the relevant ClickUp task from an email reply in cases where the reply is viewed in the email client rather than directly in ClickUp. It makes the most sense to set this up via either an email template or via the email signature template.

Yes please! Having the email automation is great, but what we also need is:
a) List-specific email templates so we can include pre-filled task data, like the automation offers
b) Top action bar option to Email using template
One use example we have of ClickUp is receiving journal submissions via a ClickUp form, which we then allocate to teams to rate, and then send out emails based on whether a work is selected, rejected, or requires more discussion. This works great with the email automation, but if we then need to send a follow-up, or send a specific template at a specific time to a few specific people on the list, we would need to be able to select those tasks and Email as template, including information from the task in the email.

+1 on this! This will save us a lot of time and decrease the risk of human error when sending emails as part of our Recruitment process.

Brand new to clickup and starting to set up my structure/processes and shocked that this isn't a feature that already exists. Seems like it has been a request for a few years. Is there a timeline for this?
