Is it possible to have a filter on the "My priorities" list that each user can plan on their own? This can be handy in the team co-ordination to know each others priority tasks that they're working on.

One thing would be very helpful, a Subtask Template. I use a lot of subtask as reminders of documents I need do take care of, so if I could in one click (or two, ok!) be able to get ready with a subtask fulfilled with some important information inside that item, it would be great, as well fast! Hope I could be clear about this idea! Thanks in advance!

Our team works with different divisions and brands, so we need to set up separate dashboards for each of these groups to view privately. We would love the ability to save templates for dashboards/widget setup since we need to collect the same types of information for each group but with different filters (so they can see they're specific stats.) This would help us cut down setup time tremendously within Clickup.

I shouldn't have to create a task, apply a template, edit the task, then save the template. I should be able to edit the template directly in the template centre, then close the template centre when finished.

It would be really useful if we could choose specific parts of a template to apply, instead of the whole thing. Right now, in a List View template, for example, everything comes over. But in some cases, I want to use the template as a foundation, but not include everything. E.g., choose not to include the Title (as I have already named the view), not to include a certain column, etc.

We launch products that have different names and would love the ability to have variables within project templates for task names and descriptions. For example, when you spin up a new project for launching 'Project Alpha', it would be great to be able to put the Project Name into a field and have that populate through all the tasks with Project Name in the task title or description.

I would like to select a default List Template for a specific Folder. This way users can create a new list with the +-button and without the need to select manually the right template. Also it avoids errors and users use less clicks this way. You can add this feature in the folder settings. Other option is to add the action "When list is created" and "Create list from template" to automation.

An entire workspace template for a startup would be a really awesome feature to help onboard early-stage founders without a lot of PM software experience. A copy of the full workspace used in the Intermediate onboarding video would be perfect.
