We are running into an issue where we would like to track time at the Space level, rather than at the task level. Not everything we do during a workday is listed in ClickUp. Because of this, we would like to simply log a number of hours directly to a Space, which in our case represents a client. At the moment, if the work is not already in ClickUp, we first have to create a task. This creates a new open task with no assignee and no deadline. On top of that, we then also have to manually mark the task as complete afterward. This could be much simpler if it were possible to track hours directly on a Space, without needing to link the time entry to a task. As a marketing agency, we want to understand how many hours we spend per week per client, meaning per Space. Tracking this only at task level is almost impossible to ask from our team members in practice.
