When Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar is synced to ClickUp, events appear in Calendar views and Planner, but they are completely invisible to Timesheets. This means meetings, calls, and workshops that take up significant portions of the day are never reflected in tracked time. Proposed solution: Allow synced calendar events to automatically (or optionally) count toward daily logged hours in Timesheets: Toggle per calendar: "Include this calendar in Timesheet calculations" Each event's duration adds to the day's total tracked time Option to categorize calendar time separately (e.g. "Meetings" vs "Deep work") Ability to exclude specific events (e.g. "Lunch", private events) Visual distinction in Timesheets between task-tracked time and calendar-tracked time Why it matters: Knowledge workers spend 30-60% of their day in meetings. If Timesheets only reflect manually tracked task time, capacity planning is wildly inaccurate. Teams either double-enter time or accept that Timesheets only show half the picture. Synced calendars already have the data, it just needs to flow into Timesheets.
