We use custom people fields to assign individuals with varying functions to a single task. (i.e. Assignee, Team Lead, Account Manager, Casting Specialist). There would not be an instance where we put all of these individuals in the Assignee field. Current state, the Time Estimate only allows you to customize time per Assignee. It would be huge for us to be able to estimate time per user based on people fields set.
