Ability to disable manual time tracking

We use contractors for that we pay hourly and would like to disable the ability for a user to manually add time. Currently Everhour does this for us but we're looking to use Clickup instead. At the very least, having manual time vs time tracked visible in reporting would be useful. Both of these seem like relatively simple fixes.

Is there any update?
We would like our team members to be accurate with their time entries as we do provide our customers a detailed report with their bill.
Manual entries don't seem to be as exact as at times sense of times just doesn't match the time really spent on the task.
Reminders and automation triggers just don't do the trick as they mainly get closed or just clicked away.
