Be able to map the existing custom fields right from the beginning rather than going through the whole import process and to map new custom import fields to existing ClickUp custom fields. It's an extra step

Hi, great feature can be ability to export/backup with schedule all clickup data on external server (scp, gdrive, amazon etc.) How You see that?

I want to be able to export an entire space and then import it without need for manipulating anything. Instead of csv, I suggest you use JSON or XML to retain the structure

We should be able to import just about any file have the AI scan it and then ask if you would like this to be a space, folder, list, or tasks. Where you would like it to go & if it should apply any templates, leave blank, or AI generate a template based on the content.

Currently, Clickup only has the ability to import new tasks. Please create the ability to update and change custom fields on current tasks via import.

I would love to be able to Export as a PDF for my tasks, sub tasks, lists, so that I can backup information away on my hard drive that I find important to me, or simply just for 3rd party sharing purposes.

Right now it's now possible to move one ClickUp Space from one Workplace (Team) to another Workplace (Team). I'm a freelancer who works in administrative support for clients with employees or other freelancers and so it is not always appropriate for them to just live within my Workplace. I encourage my clients to create their own Workplaces and assist them in the design of their Spaces. Now that they're using ClickUp it would be best to move my Spaces (or tasks, etc.) for each client group to their new Workplace. There is no "easy" way to do so. It would be nice if in addition to being able to import from Asana and other programs, to also do a ClickUp to ClickUp import/export.

Allow users to seamlessly copy documents from one ClickUp workspace to another. This feature would enhance productivity by enabling teams to easily share and replicate important documents across different workspaces without manual copying and pasting. It would be particularly beneficial for organizations managing multiple projects or departments in separate workspaces, ensuring consistency and saving time.

It would be very helpful to be able to export project data and edit the data in a spreadsheet then import the csv to update the existing project data.

Would be great to have the chance to automate exporting task fields and custom fields to a Microsoft Word template.
