Monday Import: include attachments, screenshots, PDF files

We are testing ClickUp as a project management tool and evaluating the import process for Monday boards. While importing boards, screenshots from activities in Monday are not being transferred to corresponding comments in ClickUp. Instead, the screenshots appear as attachments, but they lack timestamp associations. I’ve also noticed that PDF attachments are not posted in the corresponding updates; instead, only the file names are displayed. It would be great if the files could be made available in the corresponding updates.
Maintaining the link between screenshots / files and comments with timestamps or in the corresponding update is critical to us. It would be great if there were a solution to ensure the import retains these connections.

I agree Lea. I currently use the MONDAY ecosystem and its pretty good, however they are beginning to get greedy and I dont like that. They floated on the stock market and now have shareholders that need their Ferraris and big homes! There are two reasons that are preventing me from moving to clickup is the inability to migrate my files whatever format they may be in into the same data structure as MONDAY. I have over around 10,000 files that need to move to be able to use Clickup and it's just not feasible to manually transfer these files. It's such a shame as I really do like Clickup in most all areas of the system. I await for this facility to be added and I will move across. Hopefully it will happen before I retire! The other reason is versioning. MONDAY have its right and its extremely simple, so hopefully Clickup can get this into the roadmap too.
