The Gantt view doesn't take the aggregated time estimation of the subtasks. I'd like to work on a clean representation, hidding subtasks (but even wuthout doing that), dragging my 1000H taks just put it in 1day slot. I'd hope the full perdiod can be represented, from the starting date I'm putting and consedering the estimation time, the expected day the task will end.

Many times when scheduling I need two tasks to finish at the same time and want to know the required start dates. I would suggest that additional dependency options other than "blocks" or "is blocking" like Start/Start Start/Finish Finish/Finish and +/- days modifiers are needed.

Track actual completion vs planned in gantt view.

It would be great if tasks could be grouped (and collapsed) in a Gantt view the way they can be in a list view. This would be particularly useful for custom fields. For example if you have a custom dropdown field for region, period, customer, product, program, etc. it would be great to be able to see all tasks with each dropdown field value grouped together.

Adding the week numbers would be a tremendous help as in Europe a lot of business appointments and due dates are oriented around them.

I have 10 folders, 30 lists and 100 tasks. When I am on the workspace's gantt chart displaying a full overview of my department and I create any kind of filter (eg: assignee, priority, tags), it is supposed to display only the filtered tasks with their corresponding parents. Instead, Clickup shows every single Folder and List with their major timeline (but with no tasks inside) and it's really impossible to focus the analysis on whats is really important because there is lot of garbage on the screen. It makes the filter almost unusable.

Good morning, I want to draw your attention to an important limitation in the use of ClickUp, which has a strong impact on my efficiency and that of my professional network. I manage all my schedules and tasks exclusively on the Gantt view, as it is the most suitable tool for the way I work. However, it is not possible to delete a task or task list directly from the Gantt view. I find this very restrictive, because it forces me to change my view every time I want to make this type of modification, which interferes with the fluidity of my work. I am not the only one concerned: other compliance auditors in my network, to whom I recommended ClickUp, are experiencing the same frustration. This limitation calls into question our choice of platform, and I regret it. I strongly encourage you to allow tasks and lists to be deleted directly from the Gantt view in order to improve the user experience for anyone who, like us, works primarily with this view. I miss being able to save a baseline in the Gantt chart view. This is a very important resource for comparing the execution performance of the project vs. the planned one.
