Ability to add logic inside of logic. For example: Being able to drill into different locations Country>State>City.

From Support Ticket: User wants to use a Form to create subtasks on a task, rather than a new task in the List

Use forms to update existing tasks fields. E.g in the inventory management template.. Use forms to CheckOut or CheckIn assets into the inventory using custom forms and update the value of stock in background.

Have the ability to export a form to a PDF/Doc to be able to use eslewhere

Most of the forms that our organization uses are used internally. Meaning, people already using ClickUp use our forms to request support from various internal teams for projects that they are working on. Often these types of requests are tasks in a larger project. It would be really nice if there was a way that a user could fill out a form and have the results from the form submission added to the existing task. We like to use forms because of the dynamic field options (rules) that we can set up on forms.

I would like form submissions to be able to be named automatically from the custom field data.

I would think that conditional logic should be applied to the Rating custom field. This is used by me for surveys internally and externally.

From support ticket: I mistakenly created a form in the wrong list. I am supposed to give a demo to our team but need to move it to the correct list. How can I do this?

It would be great to have sections in Forms just like in Google Forms and in Microsoft Forms. Also offer the ability to add logic to jump to a section.
