Hey all, just wanted to see if we could potentially get some feedback on our latest PoC for nested logic in forms!
You can test it at this URL: https://v0-levels-of-conditional-logic.vercel.app/
You can leave feedback here: https://click-up.typeform.com/to/NkzJ12ot
We really appreciate all of the feedback so far, and would like to get your input on if this version meets your use case! Let's build something epic together!

When will this feature go into beta pls?

What is the current due date of delivering this feature? I have upgraded specifically to business plus plan assuming that this simple conditional logic exists. Thanks

Just adding another vote for conditional formatting on the forms. We need it to work like the Google forms do. Our onboarding form is huge and we need the conditional formatting rules to only show the questions we need answers too, based on selected services (which they will tick at the start of the form).
Currently we have numerous forms for various services (and all combinations of such), and it's made our automation a nightmare. Ideally, 1 form with selection boxes, so they only see what they need to see is what we're after.

It would be helpful to have a nested conditional logic in the ClickUp Form. We are using the form so users can submit task requests. Since we handle different types of tasks we've used the conditional logic at to sort the different forms to display depending on the task type. However, with the limitation of nested conditional logic, we're unable to add another layer within the first logic and are forced to put all the fields and set them as non-required field. This workaround have left a several of our custom fields unanswered and a lot of incomplete data.

If there are any beta opportunities, happy to test it out and provide feedback.

Will we be able to gray out x amount of days from today so when someone is filling out a form, we can gray out 7 days from today and a user can only select a date 8 days and after.

Hey all, my name is Max, the new Views PM here at ClickUp! Just wanted to provide an update for you on this project.
We are currently going through a new iteration of design, that looks to combine the best of both aspects from our previous survey!
Once we get our design implementation right, we'll launch more updates to keep you all informed!
I am personally very excited to get this feature out to you all, and will launch beta access once we have this option ready to test! Stay tuned, we'll get a Beta sign-up link out as soon as we have more to show!

The ability the build nested dropdowns within the parent dropdown, and so on as well.
Right now, I can only show fields based on one parent response, but I need to trigger follow-up fields (like dropdowns or attachments) based on answers to previously revealed fields. This limitation makes it hard to build layered workflows.
