Hey, everyone! 
We're beginning to research additional layers of conditional logic in Forms and are looking to hear your thoughts. 
We've created this quick survey(~30s) which will help us gauge how many levels of nested logic you're looking for. 
It would be very helpful if you could fill it out, thanks!

This is needed for our organisation so we can have one master support ticket system, rather than separate crowded views due to the singular nested limitations.

However, it's taking so long to review & implement similar features like this one, that we're considering creating them in-house, reducing our need for ClickUp.

This would be a huge (and rather logical) upgrade to the usefullness of conditional logic.

we nee nested formula logic for cases when somebody in a conditional field selects "other", then we need to show another text field to specify.

Equis Accounts same. this was the whole reason I paid for Clickup was because it seemed like the platform could do this.

With ClickUp as our PM tool, the Forms functionality has been a huge obstacle.

We need to have the ability to have unlimited nested logic in Forms. We are having to build out an API in order to have an intake that is useful. Additionally, it would be much easier to create the logic using simple code with variable names and numbers.
