yes need this. its fine to have the csv file to see all entires but having the ability to have a form export to a doc or pdf for each individual response we would be so much better so that i can use it when onboarding new clients or for internal record tracking for testimonial collections. a process like this is similar to how google forms currently allow you so see each individual entry and print/download that specific form

This would be so beneficial to my company. Using a form that creates a task and provides the documentation is a major challenge for us.

not near enough upvotes here - we're using forms for project intakes and it would be great to have a pdf/doc option available for review (eg: it basically becomes the project charter).

none of the current options print out/export with expanded fields which creates additional work to ensure all info is captured.

+1 here, we're having to jump back to Microsoft Forms for our organizational project intake forms. If we had the ability to 'stay in the box' & export to pdf within ClickUp - it'd be a gamechanger!

Yes. this is necessary especially for client feedbacks when I need to see all their answers under each question specifically.
