Hello! Can I use formula fields too in my Dashboard, in such widgets like Bar chart, etc? Now I only can use money fields, but would really appreciate adding Formula fields too!

Like publicly shared Views, please add support for publicly shared Dashboards. This is key for providing high-level visibility to people lacking guest accounts.

Problem: We use Task Types as service buckets (Creative, Paid, Content, etc.). We need one Time Reporting Dashboard card that shows time tracked between two fixed dates and groups/breaks down by Task Type. Current grouping is too tied to location (ex: List) and does not support grouping time entries by Task Type within a normal client/project list structure. Value: Enables billing-grade client reporting (“hours used vs hours remaining by service bucket”), budgeting, margin tracking, and removes the need to maintain many cards per Task Type per client. Desired outcome: Add Task Type as a grouping option in the Time Reporting Dashboard card, ideally with multi-level grouping (Task Type; then Task/Client/Project; then User optional). Date ranges must be based on time entry dates (time tracked between Date A and Date B).

ISSUE ClickUp lacks a native graph view to visualize relationships across Tasks, Docs, Goals etc. Users rely on fragmented List dependencies or manual Whiteboards. Pain points: 1) Only direct links visible, no full web; 2) No drag-to-reposition nodes; 3) Selecting a task doesn't highlight its entire relationship chain; 4) No cross-entity network overview. IMPROVEMENT PROPOSAL New native Network Graph View with all entities as nodes and typed relationships as edges. Ten core improvements: Unified Entity-as-Node Model (shape/color by type) Multi-Edge Display (parallel curved edges, hover tooltips) Drag-and-Drop Freeform Layout (saved snapshots) Neighborhood Highlight on Selection (direct 100%, 2nd-degree muted, rest 15% opacity) Contextual Side-Panel on Click (quick actions) Intelligent Filtering (entity type, relationship type, Space, assignee, etc.) Depth & Expand/Collapse (slider 1–5 hops) Grouping & Cluster Annotation (lasso + label) Time-Aware Graph Playback (timeline scrubber) Export & Embed (PNG, SVG, interactive HTML) TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY Feasible via D3.js force-directed graph (Web Worker + React); no new backend needed—ClickUp already stores typed relationships; only a bulk-fetch endpoint required. It would be helpful to have an option to filter by time tracked date in bar charts, so we can have a weekly/monthly bar chart view of time tracking per project/user.

The portfolio widget is a great tool but is very limited. It would be helpful if you could add custom fields to align with the way a company utilizes ClickUp and dashboards.

Let's take an example: let's say I have a task that is a meeting. During the meeting we assigned subtasks to people that stem from the meeting's discussions. At the end of the meeting I close the meeting task. But when I do that in people's dashboards, the "Assigned to me" pannel stops showing the subtasks because the parent has been closed. However the subtask still shows up in the "My work" card. Is it possible to make that behavior stop? I need all the tasks assigned to me whether they are subtasks or not to show in the "Assigned to me" panel.

In the Time Reporting cards for dashboards, you can add filters for what should display, but you can't set a sort order. When you then look at the output, it's unclear how it's being sorted. I would like to sort descending by Tracked time to see where the majority of my time is going so I can look for the most impactful opportunities for me to look at automation/efficiency gains.

Currently in bar charts (and other chart types) there is no ability to customise how axes are displayed, which leads to confusing and cluttered charts. Please give us options to: Customise axis label text Remove axis label entirely, freeing up space Set fixed min and max values for axes Set gridline spacing

The possibility to set a configured dashboard as a homescreen would be highly appreciated.
