Removal of old employee dashboards

We want to be able to delete dashboards belonging to former employees. Since administrators are not owners, they do not have the ability to delete dashboards or revoke sharing rights with others.

We run into this issue on occasion as well. It would be nice if the Admin role had Full Edit access to all items so that they could help clean up in cases like this.
