Make Relationship/Rollup fields reportable in dashboards
Emily Prasad
We cannot currently pull relationship or rollup fields into Dashboard reporting. We are using relationships & rollup fields to keep regularly updated fields up to date across all lists/tasks (i.e. if a person's manager changes and they're also on our training waiting list, we only have to change the manager in one place but the info flows through to the linked task in the waiting list as well). For example, I'd like to be able group a dashboard chart by manager to see how many people with the same manager are on the waitlist (or from the same team, in the same level, etc.).

This is SO KEY!!! we need to be able to use relationship custom field inside Dashboard view. I'm sick and tired of using dropdowns and labels on each item from different lists and pull that in these freaking Dashboard. Seriously. We need it.

We currently use a dropdown for a list of information that gets added to constantly. I would like to use a relationship custom field to a list of these items instead, but I use these as a group-by option in the dashboards. I cannot use the custom field relationship to group by these, so I have to keep updating a drop-down list instead. Having this available in dashboards would allow us to move forward with utilizing the relationships in ClickUp.

It's also super important feature for us: we are connecting tasks to our epics and we desperately need to see the progress against the epic in somehow (not just the statuses)

Our clients would love to make use of this, breaking down task counts by related fields. Any chance this would be included in near-future Dashboard updates?

Just tried to create a very simple dashboard.... like "incidents per customer" where customers are from a related list....aaaaarggh. bit of a showstopper.

Desperately needing this functionality. The ability to measure how many relationships occur over a series of time with roll up fields that can be calculated would be amazing. Ie we have a series of reservations that occur for different vehicles. We link the task (reservation) to the vehicle(task). Would love be able to show how many tasks (reservations) are linked to the vehicle (task) over a series of time with custom date field parameters

Same for me. The need to keep project budgets in a private list means relationships are the only way to marry financial details with other project details in summary views.

Stephen Hillі same here!

The same situation for me. Thank you in advance to consider our needs

It's strange to offer the product as able to function as a CRM if you can't then report in a dashboard and filter by roll-up field or relationship. IE where we track artists in a CRM-style list, we can't then report on how many publications each artist was linked to in a year, or how many publications were by First Nations artists.
