Our team has built custom budgeting and forecasting dashboards using CSV exports and Google Looker Studio. While this provides some visibility, there’s still a significant amount of manual work involved—particularly in updating data, aligning forecasts with timelines, and tracking real-time budget vs. actuals across projects. We’d love to see native budgeting and forecasting tools within ClickUp, ideally integrated with time tracking, custom fields, and dashboards. Key Pain Points: Manual updates to budgeting spreadsheets. No way to easily forecast based on past project data or time estimates. No integration between project timelines, time tracked, and actual financial cost. Difficult to create a centralized, live dashboard showing financial progress per project or client. This would streamline agency operations massively—removing the need to build and maintain external tools—and make ClickUp a more powerful source of truth for project profitability.
