Eric Wightman with the great new Time Tracking UI / UX it would be even more important to have a "Pause" functionality to not commit the time, but just pause it!

Any chance of getting a timer pause button in 3.0?

I vote for this feature, it make good difference

Please add the ability to pause the timer and with that, the option to have paused timers on several tasks to make it easier to jump back and forth during your day. At the end of the day, the final timer records can be added to your records with just one time entry per task. Right now, our team may have multiple entries per task because we we have to stop and restart without the ability to pause. This makes our time sheets messy and confusing.

This should be a relatively simple add but is so needed. I use timer all the time and the lack of a pause button is extremely frustrating.
