Would love to be able to add conditional formatting to the fields. Specifically, I'd like Time Tracked to turn red if its more than the Time Estimated field. Also would be nice if the rollup fields could have filters. For instance I have our projects and accounts linked via relationship with time tracked as a rollup field to the accounts. Its not helpful though without be able to filter by the time tracked in a specific month or time frame.

Can we add accepted meetings from Google Calendar directly to the time tracking without adding the times manually?

Please add a setting at the Space or workspace level to force users to include a note when creating a time entry. We want to prevent blank notes from being used for time entries.

I agree that the time entries should be linked to the corresponding tasks so that the user can easily open the associated task from the tracked time log. Now you need to do it in two steps: open the details, and then click on the icon with the arrow to the right of the task name. Maybe add this icon to the list, as in the screenshot?

It would be helpful for CU to add the folder/ list details as a breadcrumb to the quick access time tracking and time tracking via Chrome Extention, where you have a task name that is the same for different clients it is hard to actually see which client you want to track time on. Or what the location is of that task to be sure it is the correct one. the example below,. If you could hoover over the task in these windows and see the list location/ name would be helpful.

For instance, when working on different grants you would need to keep track of how long you are working on each grant or project, each of which paying into payroll for that amount of time worked. Sometimes you are working on more than one in running order and would need to quickly (perhaps one-click) switch between them so you are not wasting time between. (Other examples: for billing time)

We need the ability to prevent time being able to be logged to certain tasks. Right now all tasks are accessible/searchable in a users timesheet. Would like the ability to toggle on or off on a task if time is able to be logged to it

The time tracking pop-up in the top sub-task level shows a total calculation of all time on that sub-task and all nested sub tasks within it, and also a split of how many hours were logged in the sub-task without the nested sub-tasks. However, list of users at the bottom of the pop-up only shows those users that logged time on that sub-task level, not all users that logged time across all sub-task levels. Example: Sub-task 1 has 1 nested sub-task. • Sub-task 1 was assigned to 3 people who recorded their time in that level. • The nested sub-task was assigned to 1 of the same people and 2 different people who recorded their time on that level. • The Sub-task level shows total time recorded on both levels, but ONLY the 3 users that worked on the sub-task level. This is confusing if you're reviewing all time on that sub-task and checking correct tags (labels) have been used because you can't see all users at the same time. It's also extra clicks to open each nested sub-task to look at all users time and adds a lot of extra clicks. Please can the user log in the sub-task level be amended to include ALL users regardless of level?

As a team we have frequent collective workshop, meetings and I would like to track time "as a team". Even better if it could be with the agenda view ! Imagine. I send the invitation from my Clickup Calendar. When the meeting is over, I adjust the real time of the meeting in the calendar and then click on a Button "track time". Then everybody has the meeting time in their timesheet.
